I bought these gloves after seeing many positive reviews. I only wanted to use them on the heavy bag but I was sadly disappointed when I tried them. They are nice gloves and well made but they are very stiff and have a weird internal rigid padding system. I always use wraps and knuckle guards but nothing I did helped to take away the pain. As I let my hands go, the pain just continued. All gloves need to be broken in, but after a few sessions, I knew I had to retire these gloves.

Fit well, hit well. Need some break in time, definitely high quality stuff. There are other things out there that might be better value for the money but these are a solid set o’ hittin mittens.

Simply put.....These are the best SPARRING gloves for an adult who is budget minded. Quality construction, real leather, tight velcro and ergonomic profile all make for an excellent glove. On par with Cleto Reyes 16oz gloves which is saying alot‼️

Purchased these gloves a few months back and they've seen some moderate use. Overall, a good glove but comes with an annoying issue that should make potential buyer think twice.Pros:- Great padding (especially up front on the business end) for sparring- Padded wrist helps to absorb hits when blocking- Leather has held up well so farCons:- No holes punched into palm for venting. I ended up doing this myself.- Velcro. Ugh. I'm constantly having to pat down the strap to keep it from going completely undone during sparring.

These gloves are great. They broke in quick and they are built to last. The free shipping (if available) made them close to the price of lesser gloves. I was looking at replacing a pair of Twins Specials (great gloves that I really liked but lost). A good company online only wanted $55 for them, but they were charging almost $30 to ship. The $70 Windy gloves on Amazon cost $13 to ship. For another $14-$16 I was able to upgrade to these. I am really glad I did. If you can find Twins Specials locally, they are worth considering (unless they are selling for the $70+ MSRP). These are designed and built significantly better, but I loved my Twins. If you are buying online and get free shipping, or are going to pay $70+ locally for the Twins, this is a no brainer. Buy them.
