Los guantes son de buena calidad al igual que los protectores para los pies, el material es fuerte, y cumple su función. Lo único es que si pides M para manos pequeñas está muy bien, pero el protector de los pies aprieta un poco, diría que si tienes las piernas gruesas pidas L. Por lo demás está perfecto

Bought these for myself (L), my husband (XL), and my 8 year old daughter (we went w/a medium, but it was too big). For my daughter, they fit her feet and hands in width, but not in length (short and stubby :)) so they may work for her when she's a little older. We didn't decide to exchange for a small because I'm not sure if it would be the same issue.For my husband and I (both intermediate TKD students), we love these - they're so much more comfortable than the items that came with our school's sparring equipment. Definitely a good buy!

I wear a size 12 and bought Lg.I broke my foot doing mixed martial arts.I utilized these for increased protection during my recovery and have had zero pain from impact. I wish I had these before!Great product!

These work great. The feet are a bit if a challenge to get on, but at the same time, they stay on. Just enough padding to protect against hitting an elbow. Seem to be good quality.
