Good evening do not I repeat do NOT spare I. These gloves there to dang heavy. Great for everything else pertaining to boxing.

I love these gloves but please don't write that these gloves can be used for sparring because they are only bag gloves!

Well they are heavy!!! I use them for cardio kickboxing to up my cardio and they do just that!!! If your looking for heavy gloves to workout in then these are them!!! Kind of pricey but you get what you pay for..
