My husband loves UFC anything. So I purchased these for him and he loves them. These will be autographed and placed in a case. He won’t wear them.

Why I can't exchange this product?? I bought a Medium size but apparently, I need a Large size or even XL. How can I change??? the menu shows for returns only and explain why

Awful printing quality, looks like they’ve been worn by someone or whoever printed them needs a new printer. Not great at all. I need the gloves or I would return as that’s poor, check your products before sending!!!
