This is what should have been installed. The plastic ones are cheap and break easily. These are simple to install and fit great. I'll be replacing the rest of my spickets.

The knob is made of metal and looks just like the plastic knob that crack. This knob will last a long time. The old one should have never been made of plastic because it does not last long.
