These are good replacement tuners if you need this configuration, but not GREAT tuners. With a little care and maybe a little work they can get the job done. Here's what I found...The good:Nice finishAttractive white button knobs that don't look cheapBrass gearsStandard post spacing (which isn't listed in the ad but you can find online)The bad:No bushings. This isn't bad if you're old bushing fit (my didn't) or if you have correct bushings (I did), but for some this could be a problem. Note that new bushings may require new holes in the headstock (mine did).Bent plate. The tuners shipped in an envelope and apparently got bent in transit. I was able to carefully bend it back in place with no side effects.No post taper. Most tuners posts are tapered around the string hole so that the windings will self snug themselves when tuning up. These posts are untapered, so you have to guide the wraps a little differently. Not a big deal for me but could be for those who haven't seen this before.Anyway...I'm 100% satisfied with these, but I know my way around a guitar better than most. These are nice enough, but I wouldn't call them drop in replacements for many.The tolerances are ok, but not tight enough to ensure

I rescued an ancient short-scale Harmony (19.75 inches! from a pawn shop; paid next to nothing for it, but the gears were shot. This breathed new life into the little guy. It is almost identical in looks to the original, so it looks authentic. Great buy for my restoration project!

I picked up an old "Telestar" 1-pickup electric guitar that had really sloppy worn tuners, the 6-in-a-line type, and it would not hold tune for long. So, I saw these and decided to try a set - - they literally fell right into place, post spacing was just right, and even ended up using the existing plastic bushings. All of the screw holes lined up (except for a couple each) which was not an issue because the guitar was a bit beat up anyway. To my amazement the guitar stays in tune perfectly now and is very stable. With a little work leveling the frets and a few other adjustments this old guitar is a real gem now, and a hoot to play. It's just plain cool, and the tuners did the trick. I assume this guitar was made by Kawai or Teisco back in the late 60's, so chances are if you have any of those MIJ guitars from that period these tuners are probably going to fit them. Good product!

Was a direct fit on my late 60’s Teisco electric guitar. Stay decently in tune. Smooth in operation.

Dropped right into the existing holes and grommets on the project Hondo II Mustang I'm working on. Screw holes, aside from one even all lined up. Nice little screws that come with it. Looks great, functions well. Much happier with this than I thought I'd be!

I used this to replaced the tuners on my great-granddads old crappy Teisco electric guitar. It was about 3 or 4mm off which doesnt help my intonation, but assuming your guitar was made after 1970, this shouldnt be an issue. No complaints about the quality, everything is tight and perfectly flush after a couple weeks.
