Most of the time replacing a transmission filter is spent removing the transmission pan and draining the fluid, it's not a difficult process.
If you are comfortable with removing the pan, popping out the old filter and installing a new filter, and then using the correct pan gasket to reseal the transmission.

Good filter fitment, the only bad review is the O'ring was way too big to replace for the original O'ring. I was lucky to use the original O'ring again. Seller need to change the oring to original size specifications.

The filter was correct, the seal was not, too large in diameter, you can't cut to fit.

The filter was slightly longer than the Mitsubishi filter, but still fits in the housing. The o ring seal that comes with it for the cover is about double the size it needs to be to fit a Mitsubishi. Pay the extra money and buy a Mitsubishi filter.

This transmission filter will not fit for 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer ES. The filter is 3mm longer than the original filter what will prevent reinstallation of the transmission oil cooler. Had to drive to Advanced Auto Parts in the middle of the job to get the correct filter. The included O-Ring for the oil cooler was the correct size.
