Fits my 96 Ford F-150 4.9 with E4OD transmission perfectly. No problems with installing, and no leaks. Just make sure that you torque the pan bolts properly or you'll have a nice pink driveway, don't ask me how I know that...

Wrong description, I bought it last January but I did not have a chance to installed until yesterday and when I was ready to replace filter and pan gasket did not fit mi 97 ford F150 4.6L, now is too late to return it....
