Replaced another brand’s motion sensor faucet. Done w/motion. They work great at first, but the sensor dies after a year. Replaced it twice. And manual use is not a thing - researched it and the advice was to put in dead batteries for manual use. Um, nope. The Delta touch was recommended by two friends. Working great and the manual option functions when you want it - no dead batteries required. Very happy with Delta

I use these faucets in rentals. Not only are they pleasing to the eye they are also pretty tough and withstand hard use. I’ve had no complaints so far.The only thing I would say is that you need a decent amount of water pressure to use the fast rinse setting.Would recommend.

It's been little over 6 month and the cold water stopped working. So basically we had boiling hot water only and contacted service and the genius customer service person diagnosed by looking at the photo and 100% sure that the replacing part will do the job. I had to pay extra and call someone to replace the part professionally and check all the main house water pipe and everything and it still does the same thing.I asked them again to correct this issue, and Travis, from the customer service is telling me that they missed one part and will try to send me for me to install and fix it.This is insane how they are dragging this situation to not fix it properly and I'm more than frustrated with this expensive and supposed to be premium experience, which then became the worst nightmare and frustration.Please do not buy this product as you will get stuck with terrible service.

The faucet has a nice design and look, however I found that the thickness and feel of the metal to be a bit underwhelming compared to some of my older faucets and does not appear to be sturdy enough to last too many years, only time will tell. The finish on the surface is okay but you can see that is was sprayed on not hardened or anodized.

I like the design of this faucet and it works great except that it has developed a slow drip leak. Only 5 months old.

The Monrovia faucet looks great. It is all metal no plastic (other than the assembly system. It works wonderfully. Love the STAY ON sprayer as an option. It does not require "PRESSURE" for the sprayer to stay on. Love the all-metal quality of this faucet. I don't like the PEX water lines. They are super rigid and hard to manoeuver and connect. To cut them, although a simple procedure, I heard that it would nullify Delta's warranty if there were leaks. The installation instructions are "generic" about all kitchen faucets but totally unprecise about the actual faucet and its installation kit. There is NO 1-2-3 EASY INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL. Not even the DELTA YOUTUBES OFFER ANY HELP. They are related to old assembly systems. I had to research websites to find people who figured out how to install these faucets. Overall, once I found out how to install this Monrovia it was very easy and simple other than the connection of these PEX lines. I did it by myself, a Senior person, with no help.

Faucet works great, had a problem with dripping and it said lines should a been flushed before installing because construction debris could get in it to make a drip. Well, lazy me never got around to taking the faucet apart to do that and it must've eventually worked it's way through because now it's perfect. Damn expensive plumber didn't do that when installing, did he? Figures, but they sure know how to charge you alright! The black color id great too. Love it.
