When our 20 year old Moen kitchen faucet became hard to repair, I didn't hesitate to replace it with this Moen faucet. It installed in about 1/2 hour, [man I'm an old guy and hate laying on my back under a kitchen sink], and works great. It has a great finish and a classy look with great spray head features and function. I didn't spring for a water on sensor function cause that takes batteries and I'm just old school. If I want water, I just pull the handle. The only thing I didn't like and can't change is the way the control handle points straight up for hot water and pulls forward for cold. It's evidently a safety feature to stop kids from burning themselves if they reach up to turn on the water. They're more apt to pull the arm forward for cold. You can buy a more expensive faucet but you can't beat a Moen for warranty and function.

This is my 2nd Moen Motion-Sense Two-Sensor Touchless One-Handle Pulldown Kitchen Faucet; my other one I bought years ago finally gave out and I knew that I wanted the exact same one because it has everything I like on a touchless faucet. It looks great and works amazingly; it has a brushed chrome finish so no fingerprints, the retractable pull down spray is powerful, the quality of the faucet is sturdy and will handle all of your needs. However, the best thing I love about this faucet is the double motion-sensers: the top one works as a normal motion sensor which stays on longer and turns off & on with a hand movement, and the 2nd lower sensor works perfectly as a "quick rinse" feature with a quick hand movement; I use the 2nd sensor all of the time which is why I went with this version rather than the one that only has one motion-senser. If you are looking for a motion-sensor touchless kitchen faucet, I highly recommend this one!!

Product had 2 different colors on the aged bronze. It's almost like 1 part was coated with one coating and the other parts were coated with a lighter version of the color. Will be returning due to the fact that if I am paying $400 for a product I expect it to be the same color. Moen did offer offer to send new parts to see if it would match better but they could not guarantee the color would be the same.

Item received was with black control box (with 3 lines) however, the photo display was grey colour control box with 6 lines. Black color control box was the old model with less features.

Excelente producto.

I've had this kitchen faucet for 18 months.  Everyone in the family likes it and finds it very convenient. Touch free usage is the norm and works great. The sensors normally work well. The upper sensor is handy, and we use it often, although it sometimes takes a couple waves to trigger. The lower sensor is used the most. It detects hands very well but does not always detect bowls or other shapes that reflect the sensor beam away from the sensor. It could be improved. I also wish there was some way to adjust the flow when using the sensor.Sometimes we get a surprise wet arm when reaching under the faucet for soap or sponge or cleaning. I try to remember to aim the faucet to the side when I want to work in the sink without triggering the sensor -- this way is quicker and does not use any water, whereas disabling the sensors by holding a hand over the upper sensor for several seconds wastes time and water twice (once off, once on).The flow rate when using the handle is lower than when triggered by sensor. I do wish the max flow rate of both were higher (supply pipe pressure is 75 psi). The spray nozzle is nice and easy to use and aim in all directions. However, the large spray pattern coupled with the impeded flow rate makes the sprayer less effective at cleaning than desired. This week my first real problem occurred. The water wouldn't turn off. A solenoid in the control box stuck open. To get the water turned off, I ran hot water to loosen things up and then pressed the shutoff button on the spray nozzle, which gave the solenoid the nudge it needed to close. I then unplugged the power and used it as a normal non-electronic faucet. I called Moen support and waited on hold for 10 minutes. They sent me an email with troubleshooting steps that did not fix the problem. I called again, same wait time, and they mailed out a replacement control box at no cost, due to being within the 5 year warranty. The support reps were friendly and easy to understand and work with. I was very pleased with support.Overall, even with the issues, I really like this faucet compared to a standard non-electronic one, and I would buy it again.

Bought this to replace a less satisfying Price Pfister kitchen faucet in a new house. We had an similar non-motionsense Moen faucet in our old house, which we liked.Pros:- We really love the motionsense. It works well. Not having to use dirty hands on the faucet is an advantage.- The Moen is better than Price Pfister. We have a Delta faucet in my dads house - the spray head on the Moen is better than the Delta, specifically the spray pattern is better and the faucet automatically switches back to stream when turned off, which I like.- Installation is easier than the regular model since you don't have to run the hot and cold water lines up to the faucet (they go the flow control module).Cons:- The water flow is less than the non-motionsense version. I would guess about 2/3's of the non-motionsense version . That being said, we still definitely prefer the motionsense version - thus 5 stars.- Occasionally the faucet will activate when not intended if your hands pass close the lower sensor. The function of this sensor can be turned off if desired.Observations & Suggestions:- The guts of this faucet is the battery powered flow control module which you mount somewhere on the back/side of the sink cabinet. The hot/cold mix and on/off/flow rate are all done by this module. The handle on the faucet only sends an electronic signal to this module. This is elegant. If you have plumbing problems (faucet drips etc) all you have to do is replace the module which is probably easier than tearing the faucet apart. Moen is good about standing behind their products and hopefully this module has a good service life.- The module comes with a battery power pack with an option to order a plug-in 120 volt power supply. The faucet will not operate (no water at all) without power. I think the battery power supply is a better option because the faucet will still operate if your house loses power during a storm. I assume the faucet will blink and otherwise notify you when the batteries need to be changed. Changing the batteries is a pain because you need to clean out the bottom of your cabinet to get to the back to change the batteries. If this is a problem YOU NEED CONSIDER THE SUITABILITY of this faucet.- The water hose that runs to the faucet head has a marker tape where the weight is supposed to go. Our sink is large and the faucet head would not reach the edges of the sink with the weight at the 'recommended' location. I moved the weight further down the hose with very satisfactory results.
