Functions well and looks great.I love that there are short copper stubs to attach the supply lines. Why? Because they can be bent to make space for the weighted hose that moves for the pull down sprayer. I have installed 4 different pull down faucets in the past few months. All of the others had pre attached supply lines that were very difficult to get out of the way to allow for the pull down to work smoothly. One was so bad I returned it.My one complaint is that no supply lines were included and I had to make an extra trip to finish my project.

I looked at touchless faucets of all brands and price levels for months. So much so, I gave up for awhile because of bad review for various issues. This faucet is great and we've had no problems so far after a couple months. I did have an issue with the install as this does NOT come with hot/cold water lines. If you already have SEPARATE Hot/Cold supply lines that are not part of your current faucet, you're fine. It just required a trip to the hardware store, so no big deal really. I do a lot of cooking and the no touch on/off is really a game changer and even better than I thought it would be. Love the no spot finish and the matching soap dispenser. Highly recommend.

This is exactly what we hoped it would be. The 1st one arrived damaged, and it was replaced quickly and without hassle. It was easy to install, and we've had zero leaks and zero problems. My wife especially likes it because we can turn the water on/off without touching anything (after gathering eggs or cleaning up after animals this is important) and if she gets distracted chasing after an animal or grandchild it will shut off automatically.

I love touchless faucets but I wish I had paid more attention to this one. The indicator is in front so everything you wash in front of it sets it off and on.

The sensor is not working. We realized it after installation and we paid $150 to the plumber to install it

It is so handy to be able to turn on the water, with your hands dripping in raw chicken juice, without touching (and therefore contaminating) anything. There was a bit of a learning curve bc I've had 60 years of "turn off the handle" after use. If you turn off the handle the next time motion doesn't work because the flow in manually turned off - DUH. You can accidently turn it on or off by passing a pot too close to the sensor - but again learning curve. When motioned on, the water will auto-shutoff after 5 or so minutes for safety. If you don't want motion sensing it can be disabled. OH bonus - when the cat walks thru the sink - the punishment is both instant and hilarious!

I never knew how much I'd value this touch-free faucet until it was installed. Yes, the handyman said it was a bit more involved to install than a typical faucet. Yet, it's fantastic. Visitors get confused at first, but then marvel at the benefit of hands-free. Being in real estate, I keep hearing from designers that the commercial style faucet with the slinky/telephone cord feature so popular now is a fading fad...and tough to clean. This design has more longevity, IMO. The sprayer is mighty strong and splatters, but that could just be the water pressure in my particular home and/or depth of my sink. When the spray nozzle is removed for use, it easily pops back in place and remains secure because of the magnet. I'm not wild about the black bulbous buttons to switch it from stream to spray. That's my picky personal design preference. For my kitchen layout, I can just twist those buttons towards the backsplash. Overall...I 100% recommend!

While I wait for the plumber to come, I figured I'd write up a first-take review. This faucet will be used for a utility sink. I was attracted to the style which is different from many others. It has a high wide arch that is perfect for an oversized utility sink. I also like that it has hands-free operation for all those messes that a utility sink is used for. The pull-down spout has a true magnetic docking and the spot free finish will save time trying to keep it clean. It comes with a rather unique top loading soap dispenser as well. It appears that instead of pushing down, you can just tap the dispenser down for the soap. A nice feature. All of the components look to be well made and the instructions are well laid out. This faucet does not come with supply lines but does come with batteries! :) It really looks like a simple DIY installation and may actually attempt to do it myself! This Pfister Zanna React Electronic Pull Down faucet is a quality product and highly recommend!
