I bought one and then had to have another one shipped out as a replacement. Both did not work properly. The first one I got had low pressure and one of the lines as if it was clogged. The second one I got one of them lines inside of the faucet must have not been completely sealed because it leaked from the internal part of the faucet.

I liked the larger AA vs AAA battery and 4 vs 2. So it should last longer and be stronger. However, the distance the sensor works seems much less than the last faucet. You almost have to touch the touch-free sensor. At the end of the day, I can always remove the handsfree option.

The quality of this item is very solid. It was very easy to install and included everything I needed to install it seamlessly. Very lightweight and easy to work with. The water flow is excellent and does not splashed inside the sink. It looks very sleek with the finish. The noise level is not an issue. Overall I would purchase another one I'd recommend this faucet to everyone. Great purchase!

It is beautiful, works wonderful, easy to install. I just wish I'd have purchased this sooner. Paid $45.00 and I couldn't be happier. It comes quickly. Don't bother with your local stores who charge for name brand expensive faucets. Never again! This is a Herogo, don't let the name discourage you! It's the best! It stays on the way you like it. Don't have to keep pushing the spray button. Touchless, as you get within it's range, so you don't have to dirty it. So nice! It really is!

I love the higher arched faucet. Installation did not take long. I like the dual sprayer. The touch free off and on is very handy when cooking. It looks stylish and was less expensive than others I’d seen locally.

We purchased this for the place we rent. Everything was easy to understand and install. The only thing I don’t like is the spout on the end, doesn’t always like to sit properly in the tip. Other than that, I like it.

Had no problem installing work great only problem I had was when I hit the off button on the end of the spray nozzle, the supply hose blew off. I reattached it and tested it again and had no problem.
