This faucet will not stay connected to WiFi! I’ve tried everything and this faucet just won’t stay connected to WiFi. 5-10 times a day it disconnects.Today was final straw because not only did it disconnect but now it’s saying I don’t have a Moen device and to add it. To add the device I have to register it. That means crawling under the sink and scanning a code.Just not worth the hassle.I’ve already had to replace parts of this thing in less than two years. I will contact Moen again to see what can be done. If anything changes, I will update.

This was recently installed by a plumber who was already connecting a garbage disposal and dishwasher to the kitchen unit. And, we both were surprised of the extra spray power of the turbo button. I like everything about the versatile, clearance, and quality of regular spray as well. It has the ability to reach in both sections of sink base in a vertical direction which avoids overstay onto the countertops and the floor. I highly recommend this quality faucet.

Beautiful, sleek, well-constructed. Great size - not too small and not too large. Doesn’t splash. Perfect for my kitchen sink! Expensive, but worth the price. This is the one!!My only negative is …Once you turn on ‘sprayer’ mode, it does not automatically return to a STREAM. THE SPRAYER STAYS ON when you turn the faucet back on for use. Anyone else annoyed at this feature?

Looks good, is sturdy and is high tech for a faucet. Install took longer than a regular faucet but wasn’t difficult. The handle sticks out pretty far to the right so I had to rearrange other accessories because the new faucet’s side handle was getting in the way of the smaller drinking water faucet next to it.Alexa integration seems to work ok even though the skill has poor reviews. Nice to be able to say “ask moen to pour 4 cups”. Touchless on/off is also helpful for kids who can’t reach the handle.The optional Moen add-on 169031 power supply can be plugged in instead of relying on the big battery pack.Ordered a Moen weight for the hose to help the spray head go back in a little easier.

I had a Moen for 10 years and we needed to replace. I have had this new one for about two months and I am not really a fan. Its not terrible, but the water comes out really targeted -- too targeted. I have to carefully turn it on only part way or the water rebounds and splashes from my 12" deep sink. If you're washing dishes and turn it fully on, food, water, and soap fly all over the place. There is also a "turbo" button on the faucet but the difference is very slight, but as it is already turbo without pushing it, we never use it. The pain of hiring another plumber to remove and install a new one is probably enough that I'll keep this one and we're getting used to being gentle as we turn it on each time. The hose and spray function work well.
