The state-of-art sensor responds in 20 milliseconds. Simple wave your hand or a pot or pan through the sensor window for reliable on/off operation. This faucet is very poor quality. Our began leaking at the spray head and the neck of the faucet within 4 years of using it. It’s not worth the price.

We love our fancy faucet. We got it in 2017. It’s now 2021 and we started to have intermittent pressure issues with it. It took awhile to figure out why sometimes you’d wave it on and it would just dribble. Luckily, my husband was able to get under there and figure out the solenoid valve was shot. He called Kohler and they sent out a new part for free. He put it in today and everything works great again. Full pressure Is restored. I’m reporting this just case it might save someone an expensive call to the plumber, and to let you know that Kohler stood behind its product.

We purchased 2 of these faucets for installation in our UK home. They are identical except for the finish. The polished chrome faucet works fine. The vibrant stainless faucet sensor does not work. We would like to exchange it or return for a refund. Please advise. Thank you. JudyTorrance@ATT.net.

We really like the faucet look, but it was difficult to install and now has stopped working after 3 years. What is really dissatisfying is that Kohler only sends parts for repair (that's their limited lifetime warranty), and if you need a plumber to do the work you quickly exceed the cost of a new faucet. So don't count on warranties - this is a buy and buy again kind of company. Even crazier, the handle needed for part of the repair won't be available for a month, but they still won't send a faucet. Imagine what it's like to have no kitchen faucet for over a month... then buy from someone else :)

Sensor does not work. Solenoid on a 45-day back order. Work great manually but it’s called “sensate” and costs plenty for the ability to sense and avoid manual operation.

Exceptional quality faucet. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Very good materials, works perfectly, amazing sweep spray technology.. We are extremely pleased with this faucet. The sensor works really well. I suggest buying a separate cloth hanger if you are one of those people who likes to drape the sink cloth over the faucet head. It will interfere with the sensor if you do this. Other than that it's an exceptional product that looks like it will last. It just looks and feels like quality, not something that will break after a year or so.

This faucet is not only great looking but also it's very functional. I bought the stainless steel with black accent and it has added so much to the look of the sink. The motion sensor works precisely every time and as long as I leave the handle on the same setting (cold or hot or somewhere in between) I don't have to touch this faucet at all. This make it very easy to use specially when my hands are dirty and I just want to rinse them rather than touch the faucet, wash my hands and then wash the faucet.The installation was not that difficult from what I observed. The electronics need to have an electricity outlet under the sink, which most kitchens have already. We did not have to buy any special tools or sealant to prevent leaks. The hoses and the fittings for this faucet come with great washers already and after my husband put it together there was no leaks. It also seems like the water pressure has been improved comparing to the previous faucet.I know there are some reviews with less than desirable quality on this faucet, but I have had great experience with Kohler before on a similar faucet but without the electronics. I decided to give this a shot and so far (four months) I'm very pleased with our selection.

This faucet is absolutely fenomenal. It works great it is easy to operate the quality is excellent as with any Kohler product it is well made. The box with the faucet was really big with a lot of parts especially electrical and it looked at first glance that it will not be easy to install. My husband and I are average handy people and we decided to install it ourselves. The manual is well written and we followed it. It took us approximately 1 hour to install it way easier than it looks and a lot of parts just snap into place. It took us longer to remove the old faucet then to install this one. All in all great faucet looks great and it is fun to use, it is pricey but worth it.

I was worried about how the faucets in the public bathrooms sometimes do not work that have sensors but this one works everytime! just love it and it is just a pretty faucet!
