I love mattress encasements and I have them on all of the beds in our house and in our camper. This is my standard mattress protection and then I put a more sheet like protector on top. The top one is what gets washed regularly with my sheets. This encasement will stay on and be washed a few times a year because it should not really get soiled. It's really just to keep the mattress protected and provide one further defense against any major spills or accidents. This one is nicer than the other ones I have and it unzips completely. It's also plenty big for my super thick bed. If you have a thinner mattress this may be too deep. Overall it is a high quality encasement and I think it's worth the investment.

This is not like My other mattress cover this one unzips all the way around which made it difficult to put on the bed. I good frustrated and quit

I never leave my mattress unprotected. Just think about all the sweat and dead skin they collect over the years 🤢. I typically use the ones that are like a pillow-top fitted sheet, but when I saw this figured it might be cooler for the summer. The fabric is lovely and feels basically like cotton. Washing and drying were straightforward. I expected this to be one piece, but the two pieces zip entirely apart. That will make it easy to remove and clean the top portion without reinstalling the whole thing. There's a good six inches of fabric overlap at the zipper, which is excellent. Install wasn't too bad, but the result isn't exactly what I was hoping for; this is oversized for my bed. I have a full-sized mattress, and there's so much extra fabric I had to tuck it underneath, which is not a permanent solution. I can't help but wonder if I was sent a Queen- size, but the thickness also appears large enough to accommodate a REALLY thick (like 20+ inches) mattress. I was hoping for a much more tailored fit. $74.50 is not unreasonable for a product of this quality, but spending that much on something, I expect it to be perfect, and I don't feel like this is due to the sloppy fit.

I'm always concerned when I'm buying some sort of a mattress Protection cover. But this one is great because, not only does it cover the mattress all the way around, it completely unzips! I have had mattress protection that you can tuck in between the mattress and the box spring, but those always come untucked. This one is able to zip up around the whole mattress, keeping it in place, but you don't have to take the whole thing off in order to wash the top half! That is a huge selling point to me. I've had all sorts of little gadgets that are supposed to hold sheets or mattress protection in place, but they're all huge pains in the butt. This eliminated my need for those other things. Now I can protect my mattress as well as be able to clean the cover easily. I don't know if the price is very good being as I got a full size cover and it's about $80 for this cover, but if they lower the price some, I would definitely give it five stars.

My youngest son spilled a drink on his older brother's bed, and when we were working on cleaning up, I realized that, unfortunately, we didn't have a waterproof case on it. So I ordered this encasement to provide security and expand the mattress's lifespan.The material is a eucalyptus-based fiber, but it feels soft like cotton and is padded just enough to be comfortable, and doesn't make noise when you move around on it. The waterproofing works well, and I like how it also protects from allergens, bug beds, dust mites, etc. since it is a complete zipper encasement.The instructions outline that you can wash and dry it, but I've always heard that doing so will destroy the waterproofing capability of encasement, so I'm leery ever to do that.

I bought this thinking it went onto the mattress like a regular set of fitted sheets so I was very confused when I opened it up from the packaging. That's my own fault for not reading through the description carefully. I did not find this easy to figure out what was top/bottom and what was the side. It also wasn't easy to get it underneath the mattress to install. I hope I never have to launder it because I don't want to go through the hassle of removing it and putting it back on. Do not get it for a mattress that's less than at least 12 inches because it's meant for thick and deep mattresses. I have a 10 inch mattress and there is so much extra material that it's a very loose fit. They should include in its product description that it should not be purchased for thinner mattresses.
