Getting it on the thick pillow top mattress was surprisingly easy. But when I went to zip it, the zipper’s entire head (tap and slider) came off. So I tried to tug the fabric to keep it in place — and the fabric ripped.I have requested a replacement and will update this review.

These were a requirement to move into our new apartment, or I never would have bought them. After researching several types and brands, I settled on this one because they wouldn't be noisy, like crinkly plastic. Putting it on the daughter's full size bed was a breeze, did it by myself. The king size memory foam, however, was a two-man battle. The 12" mattress actually fit in the bag quite well, even had a little space to spare, but the zipper was messed up and wouldn't close in a couple spaces. After the movers grabbed the bag to carry the mattress, that was it for that one, ripped the zipper wide open.If you have to have a bed bug bag, this is the one to get. It's soft and noiseless, can't even tell it's on the bed.

I did a lot of research for the best quality mattress cover. And I found this product to fit my needs and also at the best price. This product looks exactly like what the seller advertised. It was very clean and very white. It was easy to put on the mattress, because I had a 2nd person to assist me--good look doing it solo.To check that product claims of being sealed or whatever-proof, I do the suck and blow test. That is, I place the material tight across my mouth (lips turned inward) and try hard to inhale and exhale. This product passes the test! And that is a peace of mind, knowing that no bedbugs or creepy imaginary things trying to get in or out of the mattress.Note: I recommend you definitely keeping the original packaging since the instructions are important. Since you have the sheets any any other cover removed from the mattress, that is the perfect time to take a good (clean) vacuum cleaner and get rid of all those dust bunnies and anything else lurking in, on, or around the mattress. Be very sure to clean ALL SIX sides of the mattress! If you did see at least one dead or alive bedbug, you might want to place some diatomaceous earth around the edges of the mattress prior to putting on this Microfiber Zippered Mattress Cover. Safety: make sure you wear some sort of dust mask or other breathing protection when applying diatomaceous earth!I will definitely buy this for my other mattresses.Warning: the happy nuclear family on the cover of the product packaging will make you jealous...

These are excellent covers. They go on quickly and you don't feel like you're sleeping on plastic as the outside is a nice material. These were very affordable and on the upside your mattress will look brand new again. It has been two weeks and so far so goo NO BITES! On the down side the Linen Store should probably reevaluate who they use for shipping. It was supposed to come on Friday(when I had help to cover the beds) but they didn't come until Sunday - this is when I learned how easy they were to go on. Needed no help at all with the twins and very little help with the queen size one.
