The cover is very well made and durable. Took two people to get it on mattress, once it was on, it fit perfectly.Happy that it's soft and waterproof.

Excellent! With the invisible zipper it stays in place. The other elastic type works it's way off, nightly. You're continually putting it back on or removing from face in middle of night. It's of decent quality as I have a little dog who digs with sharp claws, trying to get under top blankets and she hasn't shredded it yet and she has been sucssessful in the past shredding a flannel fitted sheet. This was for twin xl deep pocket. Mattress depth 14" and fits perfectly.

I run hot when sleeping. Mattresses are not cheap and this is cheap insurance for someone that sweats.

I love it! It's nice to finally have a mattress protector that is not crunchy plastic! It's a little looser than expected, but still good!

This mattress protector was so much better than I expected. The seal and the texture of the fabric was great. It was easy to slip the mattress into this protector. I would buy from this vendor again.

Thanks to bedbugs visiting us from the place next door, we were in need of mattress protectors (among many other bits and cleaning and steam and heat, etc. we had to do).The Rest Line Bed Bug Proof Mattress Encasement is excellent. Fits snugly on my queen bed, the zipper is fine-toothed with velcro closure to keep the critters out/locked in and is of proven waterproof material on its topside. It's easy to encase your mattress on your own if need be; I put this onto my queen mattress on my own without problems.Helpful hints: As with all waterproof materials, wash in cool / lukewarm water as normal, dry on low heat with a dry towel. Yes, it takes a while to dry, but be patient. The towel soaks up most of the dampness as the encasement is drying.:Take your time with the zipper. I've sewn for years and learned fine-toothed zippers, regardless of quality, last longer if you don't try to zip at top speed.: any encasement for bed bugs should stay on for 12-18 mos (wash your sheets per usual) to kill off any critters in the mattress and/or keep them out. If needing to remove encasement to wash again, wash as per above and steam treat your mattress before putting the encasement back on.A remarkable product, delivered on time and in good condition. And yes, it's soft.

Choosing which mattress encasement was one of the most time consuming tasks of this year. I procrastinated on it for days and weeks on end mostly due to the fact that I could not find the "perfect" one based on various Amazon product reviews. I know that I am not the first person to make that statement. If you read deep into the product reviews for the various mattress encasements there there is always some core issue with each of them. I had looked at others before I chose the Restline: the "SafeRest Premium Zippered Mattress Cover" (the zipper tends to break + chemical smell) and the "Utopia Bedding Premium Waterproof Mattress Encasement" (plastic small + some people feel that it has a crunchy plastic feel). The other competing products had 10's of thousands of reviews but the Restline, which I came to purchase, only had 1034 reviews. Most of the customer reviews were "okay". Hence, for me, it was really a "flip of a coin" in terms of which company encasement I was to purchase.I have had it installed only for a few days but these are my initial comments:1) For what it offers, it seems appropriate and fine. The workmanship is good and I didn't find any defects. It doesn't have any plastic smell and does not make any crunchy sounds.2) Having read so many reviews of other products, I was extremely careful when I zipped up the encasement (as the zipper on competing products would often fail or break). The zipper seems rather undersized and "delicate" for such a large encasement. It's the same type and size found on pillow encasements. It did zip up fine but I was overly careful during the zip-up process.3) The product description says "12 to 15 inch deep mattress". I was quite leery ahead of time that I was buying an encasement which would end up being loose or baggy given that my mattress was about 12.5 to 13" deep. I had spent considerable time reading all of the various company product reviews and I know how the product description often doesn't relate to the actual encasement's depth. As you can see from my photos, the encasement was a "snug" fit for my mattress. I doubt it would fit a mattress more than 12.5" to 13" deep.4) As to be expected, the top side is a flannel or "soft" material and is fine, so just make sure to orient the encasement with that side up.5) My mattress weights 110lbs (very heavy!) and I had to put the encasement on by myself without any additional helpers. I did it while the mattress lay flat on the boxspring by slowing "inching the encasement" onto the mattress, bit by bit, from one side then the other. I was also super careful not to rip the material at the seams since it does seem a bit thin but generally okay. Most of the encasements from Restline, SafeRest and Utopia were roughly the same price so, again, it was a flip-of-a-coin choice. I'm pretty sure I had purchased the better product as it seems fine as-is. I just hope that the zipper does not break in the long term.

This cover is soft on the top, and has a covered zipper end. It fit my daughter's full size pillow top mattress with no issues. There have been no spills yet, but it feels like good quality.

We were looking for something to help protect the mattress, and to help block things like dust mites. We are 100% pleased with this product. The company did send us the wrong size the first time, but we were so happy with the product we put the wrong one on our granddaughter's bed and placed an order for the correct size. We did receive the correct size the second time, and are going to place on order for the guest room bed next!

I love the cotton like feel of this mattress cover. No crinkle sounds and it fits perfectly on my mattress. All the qualities I was looking for in a mattress cover. And the material is of a high quality that will last me for years!
