Overall this rack is... adequate. A few issues.The hand knobs are not sufficient to really tighten the rack down enough on the rail, they're just too small. I had to use a socket, then of course it is too tight to undo by hand when it needs to be rotated out of the way.I also had one of the SS nuts gall onto the bolt; I need to cut it off and replace it. I saw that somebody else had the same issue; so make sure to apply a little grease onto the threads.Lastly, the foam is not very sturdy, my hard board wore a hole through in just a couple of days. It needs a protective canvas or nylon "jacket" like some of the others have.I think this is okay for the money, sturdy enough etc. But I can see why some racks cost twice as much.Not specific to this rack, but mounting the boards on the rail of my boat (a 30' express cruiser) definitely introduces a significant blind spot. I am trying to think of an all around better solution.

I bought these and I have also bought the magna since. both have good build quality out of the box. But I really like the single piece stainless steel turn handles on these, versus the Magna's two-piece big plastic round handles, that can leave black scuff marks on your gelcoat when tilted to the side. Magna have nicer cancer coverings versus these black closed-cell foam rubber, but so what, given the price is about 60% less than Magna's; they're holding plastic and vinyl SUPs and Kayaks anyway.

Can fit two sups great. Its not quite as good as the magma but still very good. The rubber covers work okay if secured with electrical tape. The attachments to my 1 inch tube life line stations was good, but the thumb screws are not as easy as the magma’s.

I would love to review the product but everytime we tried to tighten the screws to keep it in place they would break. We keep our boat in the water so half the screw just fell into the water. Extremely disappointed and frustrating.

This is a very good quality and well made. Easy to install, liked low price very much. Have ordered second kayak rail bracket which is on backorder till end of March 2021. Looks great!
