Bits were soft, waste of money

Just received them today. They were nicely package with no damages to the packaging but when opened they look used are to different lengths, have rust with putting, the cutting edge on both are chipped they they have been used. Very disappointing.

A steal for the price, very good quality and so far in use holding up just as well as others if not better. If one breaks, no big deal just use the other in the set and consider it was for less than a cup of coffee....
