I am disappointed but not really surprised. After a lengthy headache I finally got this item and stayed up into the AM hours putting it together.For someone as dynamic as me, it is restricting of safe foot work. Most severely disappointing is the action and irritating noise of the speed bag. The swivel has a far too loud and irritating noise while a sluggish and drawn out action: it is little more than a child’s toy. I. Its entirety, it is far too unstable for a truly rhythmic release and satisfying workout and reflexive timing experience.I have little hope of greasing the swivel, switching the bag, and weighting the stand. Investing more to further expense and continued dissatisfaction.

The mount for the speed bag broke from the frame and had to have it re-welded.

First off, if you don’t own any socket wrenches, do yourself a favor and get some for this project. It was the hardest thing I have ever built. It took several hours due to the lack of written instruction and only 3 “diagram” pictures to go on. So there are certain steps that you can’t miss or you will have to take it apart several times. Oh and forget about getting those black “foot” pieces on the ends. I even tried to grease them, didn’t work either. Secondly, after all of that work to assemble, it isn’t sturdy or stable at all. It wobbles due to the poorly made snap together support poles. Once I put a 75 lb heavy bag on it, the back raised up and looked like it would flip. Once I started punching it, I was worried it was going to fall apart or flip on top of me and I am only 5’2”. I do hit hard but not hard enough to cause that kind of shaking. For me, there is no way I can use this without weights across the straight bar in the back.I am very unhappy with this and trying to decide if it’s worth trying to break it all down and send back to the seller. So frustrating!!!!

The instructions are just one page so you have to study it a little but we were able to put it together easily. It looks nice and it is sturdy. Great buy!

Package arrived damage. However, Seller responded immediately and fixed everything with a replacement. For the price - highly recommend it. Also, recommended because of excellent customer service. Takes a little time to assemble but worth it.
