This is a great way to hold a punching bag. My bag is almost 32 pounds. The device hangs over a rafter in the garage & is attached by a very sturdy carabiner which then attaches to a chain that designed for 4 ring attachments to the bag.

I’ve have now gone through 2 of these straps in the course of a month and a half. Granted i do use the heavy bag daily, there seems to be a point of pressure being created by the metal tightening piece on the straps as both tears occurred right at the metal and looked cleanly sheared through.

The material looks like it can hold the amount of weight as advertised. The strap and metals look good n not cheap

Are used to hang my 80 pound bag from the support beam on my patio. Works great. Great solution if you do not want to drill, or only temporarily hanging the bag.
