Amazing set up. You can’t hear any shaking once you punch the bag. Not even chain rattling all you hear is gloves hitting leather. I would highly recommend this. You get what you pay especially compared to the very inexpensive hangers that will shake the house and could fail. This one has six points and it spreads it over two joists, which makes it extremely solid. Spend the extra money and get the right set up that is quiet and will last.

Wife is a worry wart and feared hanging my 120 lb bag in the basement. This thing absorbs Muy Thai kicks and elbows from a 220 lb man. Good gear!

I have a 150lb Thai bag hanging on it. I kick this thing at midnight and even my wife who can’t sleep though me chewing a piece of bread doesn’t hear it.

Was skeptical it would be quiet, but likely it literally makes no noise. I live in apartments,, so this was a great option for me.

No sound or vibration heard or felt in the room above the garage gym. Perfect! Once the joists were located. I measured and marked the joist holes. Pre-drilled pilot holes for the mount in a couple of 2x4's and the joists. Then secured the 2x4's to the joists with wood lag screws and the mount to the 2x4's.

I mounted this product to my 2'x4' in the garage ceiling. The product mounted flush, has awesome instructions, is high quality, and takes the beating on my 150 lb. bag like a champ.I did buy an extender swivel to get the proper distance from the ground.

I had to install this thing 12 feet in the air in my garage all by myself, with the extensions. I would have to say that with my arms burning, my face looking like I had just been rained on, and my emotions settling down, I really felt like I had accomplished something amazing.This mount really is super quiet, looks great, and has held up wonderfully in the time I have had it. I would certainly recommend this to people who like a quiet workout on the bag.

I got the Spider 200 and had it installed in under an hour. I measured twice and drilled once, used a socket wrench then hung the bag. Thank you for committed to being a quality company and provide quality product at a fair price.
