I have this mount screwed to a ceiling rafter in the garage holding up a 100lb heavy bag. It works. The hardware for the bag to hang from is a bit small, compared to what came with the Bag, but it works. Have had multiple people working out on the bag with no issues. I would recommend as a cheap hanger.

I completely snapped my heavy bag hook, honestly I was kind of proud about it but had to get a new hook asap. I didn't really use the mount tbh i just needed the hook but it works great, so much quieter than my other one which was made of pure iron, very sleek and shiny and it's smooth so it won't saw and snap again.

I recently ordered an additional mount from a competing company which I believed to to similar, thinking that I would use the one I liked best as my main mount - and use the other as a spare to provide a mount for my bag at an alternative location (indoor/outdoor). However, they appear to be identical, or almost identical - even the numbers printed on the mounting hardware matched.Both Ceiling Mount Boxing Heavy Bag Hanger offer a blend of functionality and value at an affordable price point. The clean powder-coated finish gives it a sleek and professional look, while four holes for ceiling mounting provides secure and stable installation.However, this version of the mount is a bit more expensive (approximately $2).Both include screws for mounting to wooden surfaces. However, the package also lacks hardware for concrete or metal anchoring, which might require separate additional purchases for such specific installations.While the steel build and screws seem sturdy, there are some concerns regarding the swivel and carabiner components. In comparison to the robust mount, these parts seem relatively weaker. The swivel and carabiner may be the potential limiting factors, indicating a need for caution and potential consideration for a higher-grade mount. However, on this Mount, it seems that the swivel and carabiner could possibly be slightly stronger, but I am unsure if this is factual or just my imagination playing tricks on me. However, even if factual, the difference does not seem to be great.Despite this, both products offers remarkable value at a price point of less than $20.
