I love my pizza oven but it was really hard to bring up my oven to the correct temperature with wood. Using the gas brought my oven up to temperature really quickly and it held the temperature well. The gas burner is easier and quicker.

We love having people over and cooking multiple pizzas at a time. Managing a fire is something I love doing but not when I am also juggling making multiple pizzas. Having the gas burner has simplified the entire process and allowed us to make more consistent pizzas. The temperature is higher and more even - now we use the pizza oven way more than when we were using a pellet oven or stick fire.
