This is a great product. Much more economical than purchasing the full pizza oven types - and you don't need to set up a space for it. Place it on top of the outdoor BQ grill - let it get hot - and approx 9 minutes to make a great crispy pizza. Convenient - and yummy! Have used about 20 times so far and thermostat still completely visible. Just follow directions and don't close the BQ grill lid. Love it.

I've been using a pizza stone on my grill for years with good results. I love way that the crust is browned and crispy on the bottom and a bit chewy as well. However, while the crust is great, the top is not as done as I'd like which is why I bought this pizza oven. Unfortunately, this little oven did not do any better than cooking it just on a pizza stone on my grill.There is a vent in the back of the oven which, in theory, should allow heat to go up into the oven and cook the top. If you look at the picture, I have the oven at almost 600 degrees, so it's not a matter of the oven not being hot enough.I'm a bit disappointed with it as this is the sole ready I bought a grill pizza oven.

I have a natural gas spigot for my backyard deck BBQ (weber) and didn't want to buy a stand-alone pizza oven which would just be one more bulky thing to deal with taking up deck real estate.I searched and found this "ONLY FIRE" device and it made sense to use the Bbq's burner infrastructure to provide the heat for this little oven enclosure, as opposed to buying an expensive OONI with its own burner and the added hassle of having to deal with propane tanks.The unit is sturdy and made of stainless steel and I just crank all 3 burners on my Weber gas BBQ and preheat it for about 15 minutes at full. Yes the thermometer discoloured after a few uses but I don't even use it as I know that the full setting provides the perfect amount of heat to make pizzas.The pizza stone that comes with it is very sturdy and the peel is large, sturdy and well made also.Pizzas take about 3 minutes and they are a new fun family dinner about once a week, as everyone participates to craft their own pizza to their exact liking. I buy a frozen pizza dough ball from the grocery store for about $3 each and defrost it on the day. Each dough ball is then split into 3 portions which is perfect for 3x 10" diameter pizzas. The quality of the pizzas are as good, if not better than the $20 personal pizzas you buy in an upscale pizza place. I often throw on some wood chips right on the BBQ grill to add some wood smoke flavour.I think this device is great value and quality, and actually I just ordered another one for the cottage this summer. I added some images of pizzas made by myself and my daughter.

The 1st oven arrived with a broken stone. The second replacement oven arrived with the stainless steel covered with some type of black grease and stain. I have tried to clean it off without success. It does not look new. Extremely disappointed in the look of this expensive oven. I thought the stainless would be more attractive than their black version. With all the stains it is not and looks cheap and used. Had I known it would be such poor quality I would have selected andother make

This unit needs to fit into a bbq that will hold it’s 17” x 17” size. It bakes a pizza so much quicker than a conventional oven. The pizza will need to be rotated for more even cooking. Don’t leave the pizza unattended as it can cook faster than you think. You can make pizza with the ingredients you like. Overall, we don’t need delivery anymore!

We bought a new BBQ and I wanted a pizza oven that would work with a BBQ. This oven had good ratings foe those who had a BBQ that fits the pizza oven. The first use of the pizza oven was great. The BBQ we bought also has a window to look at the grill which allowed us to see what the temp was in the pizza oven. That was helpful. We found there was a lag in heating the pizza oven, but it got hot - over 500 degrees relatively quickly and cooked the pizzas in 5-10 minutes. We had thin to Normal crust on our pizzas. I would suggest making all pizzas ahead so when one comes out you are ready to put The next one in. It will save on propane!!

This is one of the best kitchen gadgets I’ve ever purchased. I was worried about using it indoors, but it definitely works as long as you have a gas range that fits the 17”x17” bottom footprint. The rear of the device has slits allowing the burner flame in, the heat moves over the pizza and then out the front gate. After about 20 min with all four burners on full, I was able to get the thermostat to read 700 degrees. Was not able to go any hotter. I was worried this wasn’t going to be hot enough until I pulled out my first pie. Baked in under two minutes (one rotation in the middle) with ample charring all around - almost too much. I will need to play with my dough recipe and different temps to get everything dialed in perfectly. If you’re on the fence, go for it- very happy with my purchase and now can have real pizza nights indoors! Another perk is how fast they cook. You can prep several doughs and then just throw them in one after the other. I only saw about a 50 degree heat drop when doing three pizzas in a row and it didn’t affect cooking much.I am going to invest in a few pizza screens to try to make the launching process a bit easier. I managed to get my dough stuck on the included peel a few times and it resulted in some toppings falling onto the stone and charring it black. Functions fine, but the stains are hard to remove and would lose some of the thermal properties of the stone over time I think.

I just used this pizza oven. It works great and worth the spend. Our first time making pizza, using this oven, it was easy to use, cooks quickly and is easy to clean up. We discovered you will need to do this a few times before you really get a handle on how, what and when making good pizza. My only complaint, and I have written them already, is the temperature gauge internally covered with soot and is not usable. Hopefully they will send me another.

The bottom measures 17x17 inches, I dont know why but that information was impossible to find online. It fits on my 3 burner grill with 15" grill front to back but the lid wont close and it doesn't get as hot as I'd like. It still works but it would work much better if i could close the grill lid. Again for anyone googling this, the bottom dimensions and cook surface needed for this is 17 iches wide(maybe wider for the handles) by 17 inches deep.

Works amazingly well. I put it in my grill top and let it warm up just to see how hot it would get. When I took my infrared heat sensing gun out to check the heat it registered so high that I couldn’t get a read. Left the lid up for a bit and dialed down the burners a little and got a solid reading of 800 plus degrees. Because I use a 00 flour that doesn’t like heats much above 650/700 I dropped the temps and the oven kept an even reading all over. I’m attaching a pic of a pizza loaded from top to bottom with almost everything I like and it came out amazing! It’s important to rotate the pizza to get an even char all around. This 12” pizza cooked for about six or seven minutes and was super tasty. I do use a screen instead of putting the pizza directly on the stone. Mainly because I load it up so much it can be challenging to get it off the peel even with semolina. Only bad thing was the temperature gauge was shot (very discolored and not useable) after first use. That’s not important to me because I check with an external device to check heat. To be honest, I don't know what instructions anyone would need to use this product. I use a gas grill and only used two burners and my first pizza came out just as you can see. Unfortunately, I ate pretty much all of this 12" pizza. Ingredients: two bulbs roasted garlic, one each entire red and Vidalia both carmalized, Sausage, meatball, ham, and of course tomato sauce and olive oil.
