This pizza oven is basically garbage. The first thing I noticed while putting it together was that the metal is very thin, and there is no insulation to help keep in the heat. Also there are a lot of small gaps that allow heat to escape.When I went to actually make a pizza it took a while to get a fire going, which probably isn't really a problem with the oven, but once I did get it going I couldn't keep the oven temp high enough to probably cook the pizzaThe worst aspect of this oven is the design. Having the heat source on the bottom and the fairly tall box results in a charred black bottom and an undercooked top. Not appetizing at all.The only good thing is that I received this oven as a gift and didn't actually waste my money.

Horrible can’t even heat up to 500 degrees. Could only get the oven heat to 200 degrees.so disappointed.

Purchased for myself and ordered one for my father as we love homemade pizza, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! There is black soot that will get all over your pizza no matter what you try and when it burns it has a toxic cheap paint like smell that transfers to the food. Customer service is terrible and refuse to pay for the shipping to return the item which costs as much as the item itself. RUN FROM THIS PRODUCT!

No instructions included if you add fuel your pie will have black soot on the crust bottom will be blackened before the crust edges and cheese is cooked and after 10 try’s still had paint smell burning off maybe that’s the black soot on the crust? Neat but there’s better still waiting for the refund

Haven’t used it yet, just put together tonight, but really surprised there is a manual with instructions in MANY languages to put together, but no instructions on how to use it. Will have to buy a book or research online. Disappointing

It’s a great pizza oven! Easily assembled and makes good pizza! Take a few try’s to figure out the temperature, but once you figure it out, it works great for the money! Fun for the whole family!
