This silicone Bundt pan is a disaster in product design and functionality. It’s so flimsy that the hole in the center collapses when you try to pick it up, spilling batter everywhere. I had to stick two fingers inside the center hole just to keep it stable while awkwardly lifting both sides to move it to the oven.Things went from bad to worse during baking. Ten minutes into the hour-long cook time, I turned on the oven light only to find that one side of the pan had collapsed, causing cake batter to pour onto the oven floor. After cleaning that mess and getting it back into the oven, the batter started spilling through the center hole as the cake rose, creating yet another mess.To top it all off, the "non-stick" silicone failed completely. My cake stuck to the pan, ruining its appearance and leaving a mess behind. Save yourself the frustration and skip this product. Lesson learned the hard way.

Cake came right out, worked great!! Had to cook longer than a metal pan, but that was expected beforehand with research.

I love banh mi sandwiches. They have a flatter broader type of presentation and this pan works perfectly for shaping the bread and making the kind of sub sandwiches in general that I like including bolillo sandwich baguettes. They are also easy to get the bread out of and bake well. Couldn't be happier.

Use for breads and cakesOnce I pour the batter into the pan, I sit it on the edges of another loaf pan that I place underneath so the design is not flattened.It s ok but would not buy again
