This rowing machine was fairly easy to assemble with the help of the written instructions, the video on YouTube and a second person. All tools needed were provided and worked well.I've had this machine for a few months and am happy with it. It glides smoothly and is easy to use. The only issue is that the foot rests squeak a little bit, which at some point I'll investigate to see if I can fix that. It's great for the casual rower who wants to get an all-over workout and is a good tool for someone who is out of shape and overweight to get in shape and lose weight.If I had it to do over again, I'd absolutely purchase this again.

Ce rameur est arrivé bien emballé, la doc correcte, le rameur est plutôt facile à monter (bonne description, et outils fournis). Il m'a fallu environ 40mn.A l'usage, il est simple, mais plutôt confortable (même si la glissière pourrait faire 20 cm de plus, ce serait mieux : je fais 1.73 m). L'afficheur est minimal, mais suffisant. Le réglage des cale pied est quasi inexistant : posez vos pied dessus, serrer la lanière, point. La tirage se fait bien, la sangle plate est correcte, le réglage de tension aussi, moi je l'utilise au mini : 1. Il n'est pas connecté (normal pour le prix), donc pas de logiciels d'entrainement, mais ce n'est pas très grave...Je suis très satisfait de mon achat.

Aufgrund einer langwierigen Unfall-Rekonvaleszenz und zur schnelleren Mobilwerdung nach einem gut bewerteten und relativ günstigen Rudergerät gesucht.... und hiermit gefunden!Ich persönlich komme sehr gut damit zurecht; Trainingsintervalle, Widerstand, Abmessungen, muskuläre Beanspruchung etc. sind für mich super. Muss aber jeder selbst für sich herausfinden.Der Aufbau erfolgte ohne Probleme und ohne Tutorial-Video. Die Aufbauanleitung ist einfach zu verstehen, der Aufbau alleine, auch für mich "frau", kein Problem. Der Trainingscomputer ist einfach zu bedienen. Sollte ich das Training über die Reha-Zeit hinweg beibehalten, lege ich mir noch den Brustgurt zu. Die digitale Übertragung der Trainingseinheiten geht auf Dauer doch schneller als die derzeit handschriftliche...Eine der Endkappen war nicht enthalten. Bei Sportplus unter der Servicenummer angerufen; zack war die fehlende Endkappe drei Tage später auch vorhanden. Das Service-Team bei Sportplus ist super nett und reagiert sofort.Einziges Manko für mich sind die Fußrasten. Da dort Metall auf Metall trifft, knarzt und knirscht es. Es ist nicht soooo schlimm; ich habe mir einfach mit etwas dickerem Filz beholfen. Nun klemmt zwischen den Metallschienen der Fußrasten und dem Metall des Rudergerätes etwas Filz und ich rudere durch mein Wohnzimmer leise wie ein Schmetterling.... :-).Naja... beihnahe. Ein bisschen Geräusch kommt vom Zugsystem, aber das ist wirklich sehr leise. Auch nach mittlerweile dreiwöchigem Einsatz alle zwei Tage zeigt das Gerät keinerlei Abnutzungs- oder Ausfallerscheinungen.Also ich bin positiv beeindruckt und die diversen Ersatzteile in meinen Beinen kommen mit dem Rudern gut klar.Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Für mich zumindest.

Fatto con materiali robustissimi e di alta qualità (solo la cinghia in tessuto mi fa sorgere qualche dubbio sulla sua durabilità ma per ora non mostra segni di cedimento). Facile da montare. Come atleta professionista nella disciplina del canottaggio mi sento di consigliarlo a tutti ma attenzione perché la vogata è molto tecnica fatta di posizioni ben precise in fasi che devono susseguirsi con precisione. Un attrezzo capace di allenare tutto il corpo ma che necessita della giusta conoscenza di una tecnica corretta! Rimane saldamente fermo sul pavimento. Il computerino integrato da alcune informazioni utili: durata, palate, distanza, fase della palata dall'attacco al finale (funzione simpatica) e calorie bruciate. Facile da riporre sollevandolo si poggia sulle rotelle ed è possibile spostarlo o riporlo in verticale (come tutti). Seduta del carrello comoda. Movimento fluido. Permette un allungamento corretto e completo dall'attacco al finale. La variazione di resistenza dal valore 1 al valore 8 si sente eccome! Davvero un ottimo prodotto!
