Easy to assemble and set up. Moving it around is easy. The machine gives just the right amount of resistance and the sound of the water being circulated makes the experience like being on the lake. I placed mine in front of a 32" tv and found plenty of exercise videos and rowing machine videos from the lake on YouTube. The only downside for me is my hips are hurt so the foot rests are too close together for me. Easily enough removed and engineered my own mounts for the foot rests. My feet are now shoulder width apart on the machine and I am having a blast. Overall a very good machine and I am pleased with my purchase.
