Just got this device and it was very easy probably took me ten minutes to assemble. And it's so lightweight that I was able to move it to my room by myself. Highly recommended for people who don't want to drive to the gym. Well worth the money.

This rowing machine works for me because it is not complicated, or highly intense. It combines the benefits of rowing, abdominal training, and resistance band exercises in one compact unit. I can exercise my arms, core, and legs. It also saves space. The resistance level is adjustable. Therefore, you can customize it to suit your needs, depending on whether you are a beginner or at a more advanced level.
