Bought this to lock my trailer over night (to my hitch, or to a structure pole in a garage ) during a 600 mile move.It is just enough length to get the job done, but I wish that I have bought a slightly longer one.

This is as good as expected or better. It is a very solid chain. I haven't had it out in the rain, so I don't know how it stands up to rust, but it is a great bike chain for locking something up in the garage. I only wish it was 2 links longer since it is a bit too short and is a bit hard to loop through the bike as well as to a bike rack. Double check the length to see if it works for you.

Chain is as described. Links appear to be hardened (at least my hacksaw does not leave any marks) and the end links do nest (see photo). Have also provided additional dimensional information (see photo). Weight of chain with protector is 1.8kg. Overall length is 93cm.

I purchased this chain to lock my bike in my garage since someone tried to break in to it. Since bikes are hard to come by during Covid thefts are happening everywhere everyday even in nice neighborhoods. My neighbors bikes were stolen about a week before they tried to get in my garage fortunately I had a new open that would budge so they bastards cut their hands and left blood on the front of may garage which I proudly displayed it rains washed it away.So, the chains I purchased 3, 3 locks and 3 mounts so I drilled the mounts into into the studs. Of the 3 chains I tried a couple of different ones all the same size. The Rampro is 12mm or 1/2” thick, welds are strong 💪 I don’t use the locks when I ride as I will not be anywhere that I need to lock my bike when out for a ride. Yes these chains are heavy and mine is 33” long which is long enough to get around a fat tire ebike to my mount.

Decently thick chain and good quality protractor sleeve. Make sure your lock is as thick or thicker than the chain itself.

This chain was much cheaper than other brands and provides the same security and material. It's a heavy duty chain shrouded in a rugged and durable black material so that it doesn't scratch up your paint. I wish it was slightly longer, but I have no complaints. I want to make it as hard and annoying as possible for any thieves to steal my bike. Make sure you spend the extra cash on a super heavy duty lock.
