After reviewing many similar bulbs., I purchased these for my outdoor work station 2 lamp stand to use at night.Had similar reviews to other halogen bulbs. Used these outside , at night due to winter's shorter daylight hours.Maybe it's the cold, but appear to be functioning.price was right!

Bulb doesn't produce as much light as the original bulb (Phillips). Overall a good price but would have preferred more lumens.
