Quick Release Scope Ring Mount 25.4mm/30mm for 20mm Picatinny Rail - Aluminum

Got this to hold a light and it works great. Easy to pop on or off the rail in a flash. I put it on a 45 degree rail so my light is off to the side and it's great.

A tad heavy for bow stabilizer picatinny rail mount.

This is attached to a .223 rifle in order to attach a flashlight because I use the .223 for nighttime predators on our hobby farm. We did have to 3d-print an adapter to give our flashlight of choice a nice firm grip. The mount itself is quickly and securely attached to the picatinny rail. It is a very sturdy aluminum mount, and it was easy to snap it onto the gun. I like that it is also easily detached for removal. At $10 (as of the time of this review), this is a very budget-friendly purchase.

It only took a few minutes to get this installed and usable on my shotgun. I was using a press/squeeze fitting on it before and it never truly grabbed and hung on correctly. This was not the case here and it secured down quite well. It definitely cleaned up everything very well too, makes for a better looking setup for sure.

Very solid build quality.Size, the 25.4 and 30mm, the actual size is slightly smaller which I believe is by design so as to give a good grip on the optic without bottoming out the two halves. I've had one that was supposedly the right size. However it's full tightened size was the same as the OD of the scope. It held the scope, but that was all it did. On a 30.06, first shot, the recoil caused the scope to slide forward about a half inch, and the rings were tightened all the way down where the halves were touching - couldn't tighten any further. In the field, the caused a massive issue! Had to go back to the truck, grab some duct tape, put a single layer around where the ring would go, then tighten it back up. This was only to get some time on the range since I was already there.This mount shouldn't have this problem, as again, fully tightened (both ring halves touching), the ID of this with/without the adapter, is just slightly under the standard AR optic tube size. So this should work just perfect without the optic sliding back or forward during recoil. Very happy with this.

only came with ONE scope mount… NEVER in my life have I bought rings and only gotten one… .just stupid… don’t even care how well it works as I can even mount it up without a second, and I’m not buying another one just to review it.. buyer beware, this requires you buy TWO to make it work… just plain STUPID!!!
