I've purchased several boxes to stash around the garden. These washers are easy to spot when dropped, durible and a reliable solution to leaky hose connections and spray wands. I wish the manufacturers provided boxes with a variety of sizes and thickness so I could fix the water wands too!

I like the flexibility of the silicone rubber these are made with and fairly easy to compress with not a lot of torque required on the hose fitting nut either. The durometer (firmness) of the silicone seems to be just right to hold-up to the task without shredding the gasket.

Fought black rubber hose washers for years. They'd last one season, two at the most, crack and leak. These silicone washers are holding up perfectly, now 2+ seasons, same as new, no cracks, and they seal very well. Rural area, we all garden for flowers and food, hoses going everywhere. Bought these for a neighbor after he tried a couple of them - and now he is pleased, too.

These gaskets are the trick. They sealed up drips that the rubber rings couldn't handle. I will only buy these going forward.

These work well in terms of sealing, and the value for money is also very good. However, they don't have the little tabs on the edges so they fall out too easily if I am dragging the hose around with its ends open. If they added little tabs, it would be 5 stars.
