I got the pizza oven for Mother’s Day. We keep a cover on it when we are not using it. The pain in the front of the pizza oven is peeling off. Not happy to spend this much money to have the paint peel. The oven makes great pizza.

When you cook the pizza in the oven first of all, there’s no thermometer so you have to buy an infrared and then the stone takes a long time to heat and when you cook the pizza you’re going to have a front bottom raw while it burns in the corners it’s an inferior design..When it says 18 inch you wanna make an 18 inch pizza but it’s only about 15 1/2 inches front to back and the heat is not distributed properly and you can’t get the Neapolitan New Haven style pizza.

I make pizza weekly. Really like it. I make a 16" pizza on a screen for the first couple minutes then remove from screen place directly on stone. Turn almost constantly. Heat both burners on high until stone reaches around 735 degrees then turn off, put pizza in, cook bottom (top will cook with ambient heat) after bottom cooked close to where you want it turn burner back on one side on low keep pizza away and rotate watching crust closely. Sounds like a lot but pizza done very quickly. Expect Learning curve. Bought stainless rolling table and put stove and propane on it and cover with generator cover. very happy.

This is a great item, the larger oven is worth the extra cost as the heat is more even, it is absolutely great for cast iron cooking, nachos in addition to pizza. Get an infra red thermometer to guage heat of oven and stone. Also store bought dough works consistently.
