I highly recommend this product. It is so easy to use, our 14 year old son cooked pizza in this oven. It is a great starter pizza oven. The pizza cooked in about two minutes. It seems to be a good value for the price.

The grill works fine. You might have to realize that you have to hold the knob in a while when you light it to make it stay on. Otherwise, it works well and cooks a pizza fast. Remember to keep rotating the other knob to rotate the pizza and have it cook evenly.

Neighbor recommended this product and absolutely love it. Easy to assemble and use. The design makes it convenient for an even cook and also easy to clean. The size is nice, but would buy a larger one if you are planning on making larger pizzas. Great for a personal size pizza.

In general, I'm happy with the pizza oven. It gets quite hot, the stones are good quality, and the convenience of fresh pizza is enticing.That being said, the rotation system is broken from an engineering perspective. The lazy Susan ball bearing bonds up when using the rotation knob. So much so that I took it apart to try and resolve gear mesh misalignment and shimmed the rod with aluminum sheet to tighten the clearances.The plastic core of the knob deformed, and now won't stay on the rod after 3 pizzas due to how hard I was trying to unjam the platter mid cooking.Rotating the platter with tongs does work well, and frankly nexgrill would have been better off including a stick to manually rotate the stone, and skipping the knob to gear mechanism.Getting the kids to stop arguing over whose pizza gets cooked next is a different battle!
