On the first day working with this tool, I was able to drill eight holes on the second day Of the job, the 5 inch core drill Broke I did not have enough time to send it back to Amazon Therefore, I end up purchasing another 5” From elsewhere I spent $130If any way shape or form You Can have send me 5 inch I Will send you the broken piece backI would appreciate it if you do thatSincerelyJeremy Salman

I have cored three holes so far -- two 4" and one 6". They went well and quickly. Instructions assume you know what you are doing. I did not but with the magic of U tube all went well. This is not a toy. It is a heavy piece of equipment. Only time will tell how well the diamond grit holds up.

After getting the initial package ahead of schedule, I spoke to customer service, they were excellent and assured me the remaining 2 packages were on the way. I got those on time as told and all items were as described. Everything arrived in excellent shipped condition, no damage to the package. Excellent service overall for this item.
