Nice heavy cord. I was just about to make one of these to have with my generator for when I need to take in on job sites. I was happy I found this, it's nicer and priced better than what I could've made myself.

My generator only has two 120V outlets so this distribution adapter will be handy because it has four 120V outlets as well as 240V, should I need that. The connector locked securely into my generator and overall quality seems fine.

This is a great way to tap the 240 volt L14-30 on your generator, get a duplex on each leg, and also be able to then hook your docking cord to the L14-30 outlet on the receptacle block. Each hot leg will illuminate an indicator on the block so you know you have 240 volt power to that point. The cord is heavy duty, albeit on the stiff side, but still a robust cord is a beneficial feature. The stress reliefs at each cord end are well affixed and cable of taking repeated pulls and twists. Plug and receptacles mate correctly and firmly engage.

exactly as described for drawing power off my generator. i had to pull from the 240 outlet because the 120s on my craftsman generator keeps tripping the GFCIs every time a motor kicks on, whether it's an AC or a refridgerator.

This is a handy device for a few reasons. It adds 20amp outiets but still gives you the 30amp outlet as an output still. This will be a useful addition to our lightning when we need more usable outlets in a small multi use package. Quality seems ok and connector locks tight.

This is a great addition to my generator's 240V socket. Instead of occupying all of my 120V sockets I can just use this on the 240 and pile on all the tools I need on this cord. Cord is very thick and the socket fitment for the plugs are perfect. No problem powering my table saw and angle grinder in the field.

Comes with standard NEMA L14-30 amp plug and provides you with an outlet box at the end that includes not only another L14-30 outlet but also multiple 110V AC outlets. This is really convenient when plugging in the RV and having external inflators, TVs etc that need an outlet. Cord is high-visibility yellow. Outlet box is heavy molded plastic. My only nit complaint is the outlet box plastic is not textured and just looks raw and cosmetically has mold marks but functions just fine. CONVENIENT ACCESSORY!

We frequently have scheduled and unscheduled power outages due to high winds and fire safety in California. Our old generator cord could only plug in one appliance, so I was really excited when I saw this model. This has 4 plugs so we could potentially power the fridge, internet router, and 2 other items during an extended outage. Sturdy and well made, coated with flame retardant PVC it should hold up in the harshest of conditions. Also good for camping or powering up your electric vehicle.
