For some reason, this won't twist and lock like all other 30 amp plugs I've wired. Might just be a personal defect with this one plug, but it's kinda frustrating. Otherwise, it's solid.

This electrical connector works great!!However, the knucklehead Amazon driver delivered it to the wrong address so my installation was delayed for 2 days, when it was promised next day delivery.Did I mention knucklehead?!!Driver left it across the street and down the road from the correct address.

As good as Pass & Seymour. This Item was the lowest price, but the Highest Quality item that I could find. Beats paying 50 bucks at the big box store. I used it to make a cord for my welder, but it connects to a box for my generator to backfeed my house when the power is out. I was out of room in my panel so this bailed me out. There is a rubber seal in the housing to protect against dust. There are posts that ERRONEOUSLY report that there is no seal. 8/3 SOOW fit perfect and made an excellent cord.
