Modern and clean look. The only complained is that the 2 "arms" are slighty too long. It makes the handrail a little too far away from the wall.

I have no idea why they included the drill bit with this product. Unfortunately I used the drill bit they provided and that drill bit creates a hole that is too big for the anchors to fit snuggly. Now I have anchors that have way too much space in between the anchor and the drywall. This issue has now created more work to install this all because the drill bit provided is too large.

I was really happy with the quality of the railing. It is heavy so definitely a two person job. I ended up purchasing the smaller single railing. The anchors that come with it are not strong enough to hold the railing in drywall. I ended up having to pay someone to install it with heavy duty drywall anchors. Not sure why the company doesn’t include anchors to actually hold the railing in place. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

So I bought this to really update an old handrail that is from 18 years ago. That handrail looks so awful. The metal on this new one is really nice the kit looks pretty easy to install. The kit comes with almost everything you need and the included instructions are pretty straightforward and well thought out with big pictures. Very easy to read. The metal is smooth and nicely painted black. This will match all the other black updates in our home we have recently made. I will get this installed soon and will update my review.

This is double the cost of a basic wood handrail. But what a difference! This handrail would be at home in a million dollar new construction house. It's relatively heavy, and made of stainless steel. It comes with mounting hardware, and holes are predrilled. The hardware includes drywall anchors, but I'd strongly suggest that these brackets need to be screwed directly to studs. Overall, this appears to be a very high quality handrail, suitable for indoor or outdoor use, with a cool modern look.

My basement stairs has about half of a handrail so there is about 6 feet of no handrail. According to most homeowners code, you do need a handrail throughout so I decided to get this to install where there is just a wall instead of a handrail. It really is nice and elegant looking adding a bit of modernness to my staircase. Easy to install as it comes with screws, anchors and easy to use hinges for the handrail. It is just one piece and can’t be modified but it works for me and my staircase. I really like it.

I love it, It’s real stuff, but installation is not for everyone, this great looking material is very strong and hard, you need to drill and thread few holes with high quality tools which are included.
