Pretty intuitive process for setup. The features and capabilities of the machine were pretty impressive. The mapping feature for the machine to understand the layout of your home was practically spot on, and it was nice to incorporate features where you can set barriers or no-go rooms. In our case, we only plan to use the machine for general cleaning of our great room, hallways and foyer. We don’t plan to use in bathrooms and bedrooms and it did really well to still map those locations and does a good job not entering as it knows those are the “no-go” locations. The live camera feature was also fun to use to see the perspective of the machine. One feedback is I wish it didn’t use a dust bag in the docking station. Would prefer to just dump out the debris from a reusable container as opposed to having replace upon full.

This robot is awesome. Runs everyday (for a month now) and picks up all my Husky's hair. It mops the floor and doesnt get tangled in obstacles, doesn't hit the dog or any of the annoying things these robots usually do.After initial startup, it maps the house and then you can control it with the app.Highly recommended

This is one of the best vaccum cleaner i purchased. It perfectly cleans the home. Also it mops nicely. It announces if there is something missing as well. At the same time we get alert in the phone as well. Cleaning the house was not a botheration once i purchased this machine. I absolutely recommend this product. Noise level is also less.

Had this for 30 days and had several issues like it doesn't clean at corners. Left several areas in kitchen uncleaned. Customer service is pathetic, tried reaching several times but no response . Had to return eventually. Not happy with this product.

I am happy I bought this smart cleaning device. It was expensive for me but It really Changed my life. Easy to work with, amazing cleaning power. Very smart. Mapping every floor separately. The only downside is I have to move the whole device to the other floors when needed. Not sure there are new versions able to take stairs or clean the stairs.Highly recommended.

This product has good value and is worth considering for that reason. It has the same features as some more expensive models but costs a lot less. Hopefully they update the device so the brush works on carpet. As it is when vacuuming on lvp it does a good job and will clean right up to the edge. I took a picture of a spot that other vacuums sometimes had a hard time with because the plant shelf is low enough that some robots try to drive up into it but this one gently cleans along next to the shelf.Overall this is a good value and is what I chose to keep after testing several other options.

These types of vacuum and mopping systems are a huge step above the basic models without the large empty and filling docking stations. This one has a dirty water tank, clean water tank, place to put cleaner and a vacuum bag all located inside the docking station. It was super easy to set up and came with a detailed instruction manual as well as a quick start guide. I have a different one of these on the main floor of my home so I used the quick start guide to set this one up in the upstairs portion of my home.I downloaded the app first to get started. Set up was straight forward and easy. I updated the robot, connected my wifi and and did all of the quick guide steps. I then let it completely charge before using it.I set it to vacuum and mop at the same time and really love how good of a job it did. We have a cat and a dog and often have our Grandpuppy here. Plus we are a fairly large household most of the time. It did an exceptional job of mapping everything out. I closed two of the bedroom doors because I need to move a few things around before I can adequately use this system in those rooms but I did leave our bathroom door opened as well as our master bedroom. It mapped the hallway, bedroom and bathroom and I was able to set up an invisible wall at the edge of my stairs to ensure that this robot does not fall down the stairs by accident. It also detected the mat in my bathroom. As mentioned above we have a large amount of people in and out of hour home as well as pets who shed a lot. This vacuum worked incredibly well at picking up the pet fur.The sweepers on this vacuum as well as the round rotating mopping heads are able to be extended out by the robot as it cleans to reach along edges and into corners, this is unique to my other one and does a very good job of cleaning in nooks and crannies that it can fit into. The mopping heads are also different with this one with a disk version that rotates. It does a good job of cleaning the floors without leaving a lot of streaks.I love how I can choose where I want it to clean, and I can choose if I want it to vacuum, mop or do both at the same time. I can also choose to let it vacuum and then do mopping after. It has lots of bells and whistles and is an incredible investment for any home. We like to set our vacuums going while we sleep and get up to a nice clean floor.Great vacuum and mopping system, 100% recommended.

I really wanted to love this product who else wouldn't vacuuming and mopping. The mopping part has been very trying, you have to make sure the dirt tank seal is tight in place or the water will just puddle at the bottom as the machine is cleaning the mops. There is a big learning curve to this machine and I'm still learning. Thing to start is you have to make sure your furniture is lifted High Enough for the vacuum mop to see and get through and under, or the mapping will avoid that area altogether. Do not add cleaning liquid to your clean water tank, as this will cause a problem when your robot is cleaning them up and trying to siphon the water up to the dirt tank. I would have thought for the price a lot of these bugs or most of them would have come with a better instruction manual, but this was more like learn as you go. Hope in the future with the new model if there is one they can make this a little more user friendly. When cleaning this product it has multiple detachments and areas to be cleaned, be aware of that.

Part of the Dreame line of products the Mova P10 Pro Ultra is a sleek looking robot. This is my first robovac and I’m a bit OCD with my house cleaning so it’ll be good guinea pig. The product came nicely packed and with the base, vacuum, power cord, dual mops and the incline stand.Base was plug and play, while connecting the robot to the MovaHome app the usability was clunky. The app connected to my Wifi but had trouble connecting to the robot even when the robot was put into sync (by pressing the two buttons) mode. It took two tries - when it did connect the sync lights on the robot were still blinking but the app registered as connected - hmmm…ok. Anywho, once that was over, a firmware update popped up but was unable to continue because the charge on the robot wasn’t topped up enough (15%) at the factory for it continue…hmmm..ok. After docking the robot and waiting 2 hours it got to 40% and I was able to run the firmware without a glitch.Since then the vacuum has been fantastic. The initial run was a full Lidar mapping session which allowed the robot to map out the entire second floor in our home. I did a general vacuum session once the mapping session was done (I turned the mopping feature off since the upstairs is fully carpeted and we manually mop our bathroom floors). The app does a great job in tracking the vacuum throughout its cleaning sessions as well as colour code the various rooms and label various obstructions (like wiring, lamps, etc). You can also designate areas you want the vaccum to ignore as well as carpet vs. Non-carpeted areas and how much (or how less) you want the vacuum to increase it’s suction during cleaning. The one thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to rename rooms - it’s like that option was somehow left out in the app’s UI design. The battery has been great, it lasts one full session, and then auto-returns to the base for charging. The maintenance section of the app also lists areas of the vacuum that will eventually require replacing or cleaning (this is a nice touch). It also has an AI assistant and voice commands allowing you to use your voice to vacuum certain areas of your home. The vacuum has been a wonderful addition to our cleaning routine and has left our carpets looking vibrant again (we have semi white/cream coloured Berber carpeting). Great job on this vaccum Mova (Dreame), looking forward to continue using this for the rest of the year.

This vacuum is a sanity saver. There are 3 females in this house with long black hair, and the hair is all over the place. Constantly hairy,This robot vac keeps the floors nice and tidy so that I'm not always losing my mind about how hairy the entire house is.The tower/dock is not small, so be prepared for it to take up a lot of space. It's 23" tall x 13" wide. You also need to accommodate for opening up the lid where the water/dust compartments are stored inside the tower, so this appliance wouldn't really fit under a counter space. The tower is 10 inches deep, but the ramp to the dock extends out for another 8 inches, so the total depth is 18 inches. An app must be downloaded to control the robot. The robot's first run is done without cleaning, to map out the layout of the space.I was impressed with the accuracy of the resulting map. It accurately portrayed the shape of each room, and even had the outline of the ottoman and couches in the family room. You can label the areas on the map (kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, etc). You can ask the robot to do a whole house clean, or just to do a specific room. You can set a virtual "wall" where there are stairs, so that the vacuum will never fall down the stairs. I set a virtual wall in front of my front hall carpet, as I don't want the vacuum to run over the dirty carpet and then spread that dirt throughout the house (we are a shoes-off household). There are several levels of cleaning from which to select:Vacuum onlyMop onlyVacuum and mop togetherAs well, there are various levels of cleanliness, from regular cleaning to deep cleaning. For mopping, you can select how wet you want the mopping to be--from just damp to soaking wet. A bottle of detergent for mopping is included in the box. It is a fragranced detergent. I don't like fragranced cleaning solutions, so I didn't use it. I just use plain water, or I add a non-scented detergent to the water bin.The vacuum cleans itself. It cleans its mopping brushes and empties any vacuumed debris into a bag.It also cleans its own dock. If mopping has been done, the robot empties the dirty water into a dedicated dirty water canister inside the tower. You can set a schedule for the robot, so that it will clean according to the times/days that you have set.I found the robot does an excellent job of keeping the floor clean, even on the lightest setting. One thing it had some trouble with was picking up wet hair from the floor, if mopping and vacuuming were being done together. Otherwise, I had no issues with it.My space is about 1500 square feet. It takes the robot over an hour to do it all, maybe 2 hours? I've never timed it, but it is at least an hour. The robot cannot finish it all on one battery charge. When it is low on battery, it announces it needs to charge, and it returns itself to the dock for charging. It takes 6 hours to charge. Once charged, it will resume the cleaning task that was interrupted before it ran out of battery. The vacuum is loud, but not as loud as a regular stick vacuum. The one thing that I don't like about this vacuum is that I have to buy replacement vacuum bags when the provided bag is full. But that is a small price to pay for the convenience of having my floors de-haired whenever I desire.Verdict:I love my robot vacuum. My floors have never been cleaner.5/5

This robot vacuum is amazing. I’ve had it cleaning the floors in the run up to Christmas and it’s doing a great job.Initial and basic set up is easy. I attached the bits that needed to be attached and filled the water tank then installed the app and sent it to map the rooms I wanted to clean. It took about 5 minutes to fast map our upstairs area. Apparently it uses lidar, which uses lasers to map the rooms. You can watch this process in real time in the app. It also seems to use this while doing cleaning because I had the door to the ensuite closed the first time I mapped the house and during the cleaning cycle it found the room, mapped it and cleaned it.The initial default clean setting was to vacuum and mop at the same time but I preferred the setting to vacuum first and then mop. It took longer but I found when it did both at the same time it left a couple of clumps of wet dog hair behind. Now that said we have a long haired dog that sheds a lot so there is hair all over. I did find that some hair got wrapped around the rubber brush on the base but it is easy to pop this off, remove the ends and remove the hair tangles.I was surprised when it managed to clean under our couches. It can fit into quite small spaces. One thing I did find is the top of the robot is plastic that scratches quite easily. There was a staple that had come loose and was hanging down from under one of the chairs, this left scratches on the plastic. Fortunately this is just cosmetic damage but it shows how tight a space the robot will try to fit itself into.It has a speaker and it announces what it’s doing, such as returning to charge, cleaning mop heads, starting vacuuming. It also reminds you to empty the dirty water tank and it takes time when it finishes cleaning to clean and dry the mop heads so that it wont start to smell. As I mentioned earlier, we have a dog, normally he hates and barks at vacuum cleaners but he completely ignores this robot cleaner. It isn’t as loud as a regular vacuum so maybe he just doesn’t care about it.The app has a lot of features including the ability to monitor what has been cleaned, sent the robot to clean specific rooms or areas and modify the map in small ways (for example split rooms). It identified our stairs (going down) as part of the living room so I split the room and named the stairs area as stairs. It has never tried to go down the stairs, it seems to be safely identifying the drop, but I just wanted to clearly separate the stairs so it wouldn't keep trying to find a way into that area and would make cleaning the living room a little faster. You can set up multiple floors and move the vacuum between them to clean different areas of a house but I haven't done that yet because our basement is a family play area so it’s full of toys and small things like legos so I prefer to clean that manually. This is a great robot vacuum and it has made cleaning the house much less of a manual chore.

Just received the vacuum few days ago that I purchased as part of a Black Friday discount. Spent countless hours researching the options and features out there so I knew what I wanted. Problem was everything was way more than what I wanted to spend. Was interested in a vacuum that had mopping capabilities and self cleaning features while including exceptional navigation and reliable object recognition. The Mova on discounted price under $600 stood out.Not much in terms of material and reviews on this product. Did see a video on Youtube done by a Polish reviewer who gave it a great rating. Also my research showed that Mova is related to Dreame which is under the parent company Xiaomi. Based on my experience with a Xiaomi / Roborock S50 running with no issues after 6 years, I decided to give it a try.Mapping of my first floor was quick and very accurate. First vacuum / mopping run was impressive although seemed to not do so well on object recognition and kept running over my cables. After going into the settings I noticed that the AI feature for object recognition needed to be turned on. After enabling it everything got much better. A lot of features and settings to tweak if needed or you can just have the CleanGenius AI do the work for you. Overall extremely impressed with the vacuum and the associated app. From my research it seems the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra robot is equivalent to the Dreame X40 Ultra. I am hoping that most of the accessories are shared amongst both devices. Ordered some bags which which are designed for the Dreame X40 and they fit perfectly
