I live in a two-bedroom apartment with my partner and our five animals – two dogs, two cats, and a bird. Naturally, our floors are constantly covered with fur, dust, and feathers. After spending a lot of time watching YouTube reviews and reading up on different robot vacuums, I decided to go with this one after seeing a demonstration of its power on carpet. Even though we have mostly hardwood floors with only a small area of carpet, the way it handled sand on carpet sold me.That was in February 2024, and now, in mid-February 2025, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. For the first 9 months, we had Rosie, our robot vacuum, on a cleaning schedule for 7am every day, except Sundays. At first, it was perfect. But one unfortunate night, one of our dogs had an accident in the living room. I didn’t even think to check the floor before starting Rosie’s cleaning cycle, and as you can imagine, she ended up spreading the mess all over before heading back to her dock. It took me over two hours to clean up, and Rosie needed about two months to dry out and get back to work. Lesson learned: never schedule cleaning when you have pets! Always inspect the area first before setting Rosie to work. After some time, I was able to clean Rosie thoroughly. I removed the battery and cleaned every part I could without disassembling her completely. With a lot of patience and the help of Q-tips, cleaner, hot water, and paper towels, I managed to give her a proper cleaning. After ensuring she was fully dry (five days, just to be sure), Rosie was back on her daily chores, and everything returned to normal. For the first nine months, I barely needed to pull out my traditional vacuum. I only used a small hand vac to clean behind doors, and within five minutes, I was done. It was so convenient to let Rosie handle the bulk of the work!In conclusion, I’m incredibly happy with this purchase. With five animals, a clean home can be a challenge, but Rosie has made it so much easier to keep everything tidy every day. It’s been worth every penny. If you have pets and need a reliable cleaning solution, I highly recommend this robot vacuum. It’s an investment that pays off in convenience and cleanliness!

So far, so good. I’m nervous about the firmware faulting, like previous models. So I’m not too sure about the longevity. If it lasts about 2 years I consider a worthy investment. Here’s why:My household consists of a pug (prolific shedder), 3 kids, and 2 cats.1. Performance is excellent. So far it’s been reliable and cleans extremely well. I tested it thoroughly day one and two. I ran it 4 times back to back and double checked the condition of the floor. I ran it across my area rug, which has ridges, and found that it cleaned so well, that when I went over the rug with my bagless vacuum, there was 0 debris picked up.2. Autonomy. I’ve set it to run 4 times a week. Typically, with my old robo vac, this would be impossible as I would have to ensure the floor would be picked up and free of toys, back packs, laundry, etc. This guy avoids all of that and cleans where it can.3. Maintenance is extremely low. I’ll probably only have to check its brush roll and empty the base’s bin once a month. Now what I don’t like:The mapping is faulty. If you remove an object from the environment, after the are is mapped, it will still act like that object is there and avoid it. I removed the dog bed from the living room to get it to vacuum that small space and it avoided it as if it was still there. You’re not able to customize the suction on the schedule. You can customize the suction, make it more powerful, for spot vacuum, but not when you schedule it.That’s really it. I’m happy with payingmore for this guy.

It is the best thing I bought in years. It’s quieter.than I expected and works as it should. The only negative thing is that I wish I had bought it years ago. I have 4 dogs and it gets the hairs and dirt no problem. My house is dog hair free with this on every day. Love it.

I’ll keep the review short, most write way too much.Purchased the product on a Black Friday sale, $350 not bad. Had it for a little over a month now. Set up was a breeze, the app was easy (not sure why some had problems). Works fantastic on my hardwood floors (I’ve tried the roombas which work well but ours bit the dust). I don’t recommend them on carpets, they do alright since we have our old roomba upstairs. These don’t replace a vacuum for carpet.Nowhere near as loud as the roombas we had. Love the air freshener when it empty’s out. Picks up the dust, dirt and hair quick, 2 dogs and 2 cats, they shed. Makes for mopping or using the swiffer wet jet easier. The speed is typical, about 20-30 minutes.Overall, very impressed and highly recommend this brand!

I’m impressed at how well it keeps the house clean and how quiet it’s while cleaning. Even at maximum suction power it’s still very quiet. I work from home and even during meetings I can have it running without disturbing anything. Having the self emptying bin is a must. I have two of these. One upstairs and one downstairs running everyday. Best thing ever. I have a cat and a dog, both shed as if their lives depend on it and I can’t see a single hair on the ground. Very happy.

Works great. The mapping works well and had my entire home layout developed accurately over the course of a few runs. It is good at heading straight for the dock from the farthest point in the house. One of the things I found most difficult to find out before purchasing was whether the app was going to support “no go” zones and was happy to find out that it does have no go zones for spots you don’t want the robot to go near. One thing I did not like was the durability of the brushes it came with. After one run over my rug the bristles on one side completely came undone. The other one is still in tact and it actually still cleans the rug and rest of the floors well. I have since ordered some new ones to see how they will work out. A design flaw I don’t like is the location of the on/off switch. It is located on the side of the robot and happens to be at the same height as all my spring door stoppers. Every now and then, when trying to go around the springs it will actually push itself into the spring and shut itself off.
