I've tried smaller, lighter, cheaper robot vacuums in the past, and the one place the "budget" vacs always have a problem is the small bumps / ridges where the rooms come together. Less-capable vacs always have trouble on my floors, but the bigger, heavier, more expensive ones seem to handle the obstacles with much more aplomb.This vacuum from MOVA is certainly no exception to that rule. It handles those little bumps like they're not even there. As someone that's struggled with lesser vacs, this alone is enough for me to be happy. But it not only handles those transitions well, it also performs well, with excellent suction and some of the best navigation I've ever seen in a robot vac.The icing on the cake, though? The fact it mops. And not only mops, HOT WATER mops. This is my 2nd mop vac but the first one I've had that uses hot water, and it actually does a much better job (faster, even) than the cold-water vac. I could best term it as much better "single pass" performance than the other mop vac I have.Accessories are both available and fairly reasonably priced. You can get replacement mop heads for $20, 3-packs of bags for the base station for $18, and an "accessories kit" which includes mop heads, bags for the base station, corner brushes, and air filters, for $45, which seems like the best deal to me.Like most other similar devices, keeping the mop pads clean and fresh is key to clean floors. You will notice when the pads get dirty that it will leave streaks behind. So, the best way to go when you set this up is to do a good manual mop by hand to get the floor clean overall, and then let the vac "polish" the floor on a daily basis, or every few days if you have very light traffic. If your floors are dirty to start out with, this mop vac (like most others) will struggle to deliver a showroom finish without lots of time and effort. Give it a clean slate to start with, and it has no problem keeping it that way, just wash your mop pads often.In all, this is one of the best, if not the best robot vacs I've ever used. It handles transitions well, at least on my floors, and does a superb job overall. It's a bit on the pricy side, but I've found that most quality robot vacuums do cost a bit more, so that doesn't bother me much really. The only real downside there is to it is the big base station that you have to find a home for. As long as you have that covered, this thing is a dream. 5 stars, and highly recommended.

I was looking forward to this vacuum/mop but was disappointed when I got it. It's pretty big and it's not very easy to set up. For some reason it's not transitioning between my hardwood floors and carpet very well. There's still stuff left behind after it vacuums. So there's definitely some kind of malfunction going on and I'm not sure how to fix it. It's a very expensive vacuum and shouldn't have issues like that.
