Use a Ruler or Measuring Card
Place the bottom of the nipple perpendicular to the ruler or nipple measure tool card.
Determine Your Size
Use a size chart for guidance on the proper size for the fit. The size of the flange insert is significant for comfortable and efficient pumping. If your nipple rubs or feels squeezed in the flange channel, it is an unsuitable flange size and you need to replace the right size flange/insert.

I like to replace my pump parts every 6 months or so. I don't exclusively pump so I can usually get some extra time out of them. These fit exactly how they should and do the job as they should. They are just SO pricey for replacement parts. I might try to stretch these even a little longer because of the price. But other than that, they work!

Great replacement part, I need to replace this part more frequently since I use it so often. I love how easy it is to snap in place and pump, easy to clean and sterilize. The bottle can easily be stored in the fridge and pours into bottles and bag without mess.

Worked perfectly with my Momcozy mobile flow. I didn’t realize when I got it, but there is only ONE in the package. So you will have to buy two. It is so much easier than buying from the mom cozy website.

Ordered the full set as i badly needed a replacement. This version is better than the original! It's almost identical, but they actually changed the duckbill to make it leak-proof! Works like a charm. Great replacement option!

I ordered two of the full flange set to have a full extra sets of pump parts for our Momcozy M9. These are genuine Momcozy parts so they’re just like the originals. They have made a couple updates recently, so their parts will work identically, but may look a little different. The biggest change I noticed is that the duckbills are now molded into the surrounding plastic instead of being removable.

When I purchase the Momcozy M9, I was very excited to use it. However, I ended up having leaking issues with the product. When I purchased their replacement parts, I was very surprised about their new design (see picture). The old design in pink did not have any holes which caused my milk to leak out. Now, the new replacement parts have holes so the milk doesn't accumulate in that area. It will drain into the cup. I am very thrilled they finally changed the design after many complaints. I've been using these new parts for the last few days and I do not experience any more leaking issues. I am very happy to use my M9 pump again as I was always using my Spectra for the longest time. Thank you Momcozy for taking our concerns into consideration!

Just got replacement parts for my momcozy pump for the first time and WOW what a difference! These upgraded parts are much better than the original parts my pump came with. Momcozy is crushing it once again for me.
