Terrible, not worth purchasing. They don't fit well into the breast shield and fall out constantly especially when you're in a hurry to pump. Then you have to wash them and spend 5 minutes drying them around the lip of the seal that doesn't work to keep them in place. Also, when pumping it reduces output because half of the time, unless you have the world's longest nipples, they fall out of place. They also reduce the suction so you have to crank up the pump.

Al principio usaba Elvie sin estos adaptadores y me resultaba molesto además de extraer poca cantidad. Desde que los empecé a usar ha hecho que la extracción sea mucho más cómoda y eficiente. Estoy encantada con este producto. Son de excelente calidad y se ajustan perfectamente. Mejoran la succión sin causar molestias. Además, el material es suave y fácil de limpiar. Si usas el sacaleches Elvie y necesitas un ajuste más preciso, estos son imprescindibles. 100% recomendados.

These worked great at first, but after a few uses they don't fit in the breast shield very well and fall out easily, which is frustrating for on-the-go usage. Like most things with this Elvie pump, I am not impressed in the quality for the price.

I was having lactation issues until I consulted a lactation specialist that suggested I get smaller flanges for my pumps. This cushion worked perfectly and significantly increased my production!

The pain with pumping has gone away with using these, but it does decrease the suction since it is making the pump further away from the breast. I usually have to pump a bit longer but not having pain is worth it. I do wish they would just make smaller flanges.

I had bought my Elvie for travel/work/long days out. But I was only getting like 1oz compared to my 2-3oz on my spectra per side. I bought these because I felt like the hospital sized me wrong. Man the first use I got 3oz off one side. Also makes it 10x more comfortable. Love love love it

For a first time mom needing to see what suction cup is or not the correct size (without having to hire a lactation specialist) it is a shame that I didn’t even use this item and I tried to return and it isn’t returnable! I notice this on the same day of arrival and I’m surprised that there is no way to return.Wouldn’t recommend unless you Already know your nipple size and that this is the Exact number you need. On top of the fact that the pump is So Expensive, I feel it is an abuse from the company not to allow more popular suction cups to be included with the dual pump! Very dissatisfied.

I read another review recommending these for Spectra flanges and they were not kidding. These are the perfect size for Spectra parts and the silicone wraps around that weird plastic edge on the flanges that digs into your skin. I prefer these over any of the other inserts I have for that reason alone.

A pesar de ser el tamaño de mi pezon, la forma en que están hecho no hacen más sencilla la extracción de leche ya que no generan un buen vacío entre el pecho y el copa. Debido a que la base tiene gran tamaño el pecho suele sudar mucho lo cual puede contaminar la leche.

These cushions are very easy to use. As a comparison, I also have the legendairy silicone flanged which require me to fold and flatten it in the flange tunnel for it to fit properly. For the Elvie cushions, you just slide it in and done! I also think they are more comfortable than the legendairy ones. While it is more expensive, definitely worth it if you plan to pump long term.

Pumping was unbearable with my first. With my second I came across this it was a game changer. They are so comfortable. Fit well. And easy to use! 10/10 recommend

Nice and comfortable, easy to clean and fits into the triangle shield for the Elvie pump. To secure it to the shield, push against it so the air vacuums it to the shield gently (I wish someone told me that before!)
