Determine Your Size
Use a size chart for guidance on the proper size for the fit. If your nipple rubs or feels squeezed in the flange channel, it is an unsuitable flange size and you need to replace the right size flange/insert.

For the longest time I pumped using the 24mm flanges that came with the pump. I didn’t know that you should adjust your flanges based on your own size. Once I realized my error I ordered this set and used the paper cut out sizing chart and found out I should have been using a 15mm flanged this whole time!The inserts are very easy to use. They fit snuggly into a 24mm flange. In a pinch I have also used them in my 25mm spare flanges that came with another pump. In a 25mm they are a loose but works. I found the sizing chart to be true to size. Once fitted I’ve had no more issues with too much areola getting pulled into the flange and rubbing against it.I not being dramatic when I say that my supply has gone up by ounces a pump. I was about ready to throw in the towel and call it quits with breastfeeding but this has been a game changer.I definitely recommend getting this product and getting the right size insert for you! For $10 this set not only came with a sizing chart but 5 different sizes to try. This was much cheaper than replacing the flanges itself with a size that might not work for you.

Breastfeeding and pumping have been a wild ride since having my second baby in early February! 🎢🍼 One thing I’ve learned? Flange size is EVERYTHING when it comes to pumping! But every social media video just says, “Make sure you have the right size,” without actually explaining how to find it. 🤦♀️That’s why this tool is a game-changer and something you should absolutely order BEFORE having your baby! 🙌 The instruction sheet and size measurer made it so easy to figure out my exact size—no more guessing! 🎯 I wish I had ordered this before I started pumping, but at least now I can help other moms avoid the same mistake. As an exclusive breastfeeder who also pumps for a freezer stash, pumping has never been a huge stressor for me, and just something I do from time to time to relieve engorgement discomfort or "feed my freezer". That being said, the last time I measured my flange size was at the beginning of my breastfeeding journey, and I started realizing my size had likely changed due to some discomfort and limited output, but I didn't want to buy a whole new set of pump equipment that would take up more room in my cabinet without being 100% sure of my size. Enter this nifty kit- I was able to size myself quickly and use my existing, larger flanges with the included inserts to continue to make use of the pumping equipment I already have. My milk output has already increased, and as a "just enougher" whose freezer stash has never been something to boast about, I'm really thrilled at the prospect of putting more away for an emergency or donation to a mom in need. Great investment!

I'm really happy that this comes with the measuring tool to measure my nipples. The sizes it comes with are the most common, and so I think it would work great for anyone. The smaller parts fit into my pumps well.

Absolutely love it! I was suggested by my pumping class that an accurate sizing of flange is so important for a successful pumping journey so I got this pack. The inserts are soft and easy to attach to my skin. The rubber sizing tool is easy to use. I got my measurement done within 30 seconds. It also looks quite compatible with my Spectra S2. Can't wait to use it in the next month. I also learned that sizing can change over time, so it is better to keep the set with me so that I don't have to worry about any potential negative impact to my pumping procoess caused by changes in my nipple size.

I was happy when this arrived because I was having problems pumping. Turned out that I just needed to adjust my flange size. The size chart was a big help in helping me figure out which size to use. I inserted the correct flange size into my pumps bigger flange and it worked for me

I got these to use with my Elvie pump and I have used other flange inserts before with no issues. After sanitizing them by boiling for 5 minutes in hot water I noticed that these inserts have a thinner and more flimsy material than other brands. I was using 21mm specifically and they did not fit the Elvie.
