These are silicone flanges, any size 17mm and under are thicker than most other flanges meaning if you are usually a size 17 in momcozy flanges in this you would be 18-19mm. i went through 4 orders to basically figure that out but thankfully through amazon customer service i got my money back to replace the wrong size. but to go through 3 orders to figure that out sucked. however once i got the right size it was a dream. Flanges must be replaced after 3 months bc of wear. I didn’t think so but i noticed it began to hurt when pumping, not replacements and it fixed the issue plus my pumping amount was back to normal. Overall, there are cheaper flanges for more flanges out there but these are cute colors and seem better quality.

Indispensable quand on ne répond pas aux 21mm standard. Attention s’adapte avec un 24mm. Ce produit-ci fonctionne tout aussi bien que ceux opaques ou de couleur vendus à la paire.

I have an Elvie stride pump. I needed a better suction for so bought these and they fit great. Only thing I did notice is that they don’t go all the way in so I have to really push them in to ensure it suctions well. Other than that no problem

I did not originally realize I was not using the correct size for pumping so my pumps would have a problem with suction at times. Now that I use these (21 for my plug in machine and 19 for my portable pumps) I am able to empty out much better. I’ve used these with my Motif machine, Momcozy S12 and S12 pro, and Elvie Stride. These fit them all!

They work with my Lansinoh pump. They also do their job. However the fact that they are not see-through makes it super hard to place them correctly over the nipple. I have to readjust so many times before I get it right. Next time I’d rather buy a clear plastic ones.

I have the original Maymom inserts in multiple sizes from my last pregnancy. I wanted to try a few smaller sizes this time (after having actually taken my measurements) but also got another set of 19 mm. I have a motif Duo and Luna, a Medea hand pump, Legendairy cups, and the Momcozy M1. These blue/green inserts fit better than the originals for each pump/flange. The originals were great but these are even better. I also liked that each size was a different color. I often use 19 mm for both sides but I can see it being a time saver for someone who uses a different size on each side, never having to find the numbers on the side to figure out which goes where.Overall, an amazing product that seems to fit most, if not all, flanges/pumps. I love them!!
