These are great! I have a Motif Luna pump and the two that came with the pump were too large. The lactation consultant told me that 18 would be the best size for me. I use these every day, no issues!

Thrilled to say these work with my spectra pump. I was sad that spectra doesn’t make 21mm flanges but so happy I found these and that they work just as good.

I returned this item because the flange size was larger than Spectra size. I needed a smaller size. The return however was easy. I recommend purchasing flange inserts if the sizing is wrong for you.
