Each flange had a hole in the base part (part that screws onto a bottle) which compromises the suction. Funny thing - the holes looked purposeful. I couldn’t understand why they’d do that though.

My lactation consultant suggested I switch from 21mm to 15mm and these were the ones I four. They work perfect and it is such an improvement… who knew not all nipples are huge

I have the Spectra S1 & S2. This works work on both of them. These cost less than the name brand parts and the savings can add up over time if you replace the parts as often as the manufacturer suggests. These stand up to repeated dish washer use so far.

I ordered the size 16 for my motif Luna, it definitely works and fits. I feel like the tightening of the flange to the bottles are slightly loose. But it's not enough to cause me to send them back. I think it was a good purchase considering motif Luna does not have the size I need available on their websites and I cannot find the size I need anywhere else. Just check your tightening if you feel less pull. It's an easy adjustment.

These were for my wife as I do not produce milk (I am a male). So far they seem to be holding up quite well!
