Probably a given at this price point, but if you need super precise/clean edges you'll want to fork out a little more. For strictly utilitarian uses though, it is more than sufficient.

No complaints. It cuts wood veneers flush cleanly and quickly and is convenient to use.

Worked out perfectly for a custom bench I was making and needed to hide the plywood edge. It's sharp and cuts down pretty flush to the attached surface. Very compact

This small edge banding trimmer worked OK, but, IMO, lacks some of the convenience that its pricier cousins offer. Specifically, without a handle, I found it too easy to gouge the wood. Perhaps a more skilled operator wouldn’t have that issue.

I love this thing. I used to use a 1/4 inch flush cut trim bit to get rid of the overhanging banding. But a trim router is loud, requires batteries (or plug in power for mine), and all of the PPE that goes along with it (safety glasses, ear protection, and a dust mask or open garage door). In addition, the bearing can commonly leave marks on my plywood if I apply too much pressure. Too little pressure and I have to go over the spot another time or two to get a good flush cut. This tiny little device on the other hand, allows me to get results that are just as clean without the hassle of the PPE, and I sacrifice maybe five seconds per piece. I think that is a fantastic tradeoff and it allows me to be more meditative when I am batching out all the carcass edges, door faces, and drawer faces for the kitchen I am putting together. The quality of the cut is nearly perfect if you go in the direction of the banding wood grain. I determine this with a quick rub of my finger before cutting. Even cutting against the grain isn't nearly that bad and can easily be cleaned up with sandpaper, which I use anyway to round off the sharp edges. I still need to use my chisel to crosscut trim the banding as this will not crosscut it, but for the long edges this is absolutely perfect.I really like this product and highly recommend it. It is something I will be using very often for many projects and I much prefer it to any prior solution I had. I've already used it for 10 drawer and door faces, so 80 edges to trim, and it has done exemplary.

This mini edge trimmer is such a handy tool for woodworking projects. It’s perfect for smoothing out edges and getting rid of burrs on wood, ABS, or PVC. The design makes it easy to control, and it works quickly to leave a clean, professional finish. The only thing that I don't like about it is just the fact that I don't know where to buy replacements blades. Overall, It’s a must-have for anyone who likes neat, polished edges on their work, like me.

I ordered this as a stocking stuffer for my brother, who does a lot of different woodworking projects around the house. It’s well-made, sturdy, and very sharp. Also, when one side of the blade becomes dulled, it can be unscrewed and turned around to reveal new, sharp blades. At $8.99 it’s a great value and a handy tool to have in the toolbox.
